Taxi Pontiac Hemlock

Driver charge me night rate during the day. Then I investigate and try to talk to management he screamed at me so I couldnt hear anything by the phone. When I asked hen to stop he start scream at me using very bad words

Two suggestions:1- Purchase Logitech or Jabra headsets (both have affordable quality options).2- Teach your dispatchers how to adjust microphone gain levels so they don't sound like they're speaking behind 4 feet of concrete.

We reserved a day ahead for a taxi to go to the airport during the night, the taxi never came, we called back they say 3 times, they said he is coming in 2 minutes everytime we waited 30 minutes, we were late so we ended calling a Uber and cancelled the taxi... Bad service!!!

I like them. Always on time for early airport rides. However, if you have a complicated order ( 2 cars for instance) make sure to ask to speak directly with dispatch because the other agents are only good for basic orders and messed up 2 out of 2 times with me.

Unreliable and poor service.Waited 45 mins for a taxi that never showed up. Called to have a new sent after 20mins of waiting, then after another 20mins. Flagged down an independent taxi.

Rude and will ask you for 30 dollars plus tips for no counter while the ride usually (because I take it everyday) cost 16$ plus 4 tips; never again; the one star is because I use this taxi ride to call cab for very drunk customers while they mostly don't even take the clients so yeah; at your own risk

Worst taxi ride I've ever taken.I so rarely write reviews but wow this service was horrible. The driver took us on a $20+ detour, kept missing turns and getting the location wrong. He seemed confused and unable to take instructions. When we dropped one of us off at our first stop, he began driving away with the trunk open as one of us was unloading. He did not listen to us or did not understand us or did not care. I know this is just one driver and not representative of the company as a whole, but wow it was so bad I felt compelled to leave a complaint. I tried calling to complain, and the teller directed me to a phone number for complaints" which was the number I had just dialled. I was honestly astounded at how bad this was.Looks like I'll finally be making the switch to Uber."

On our way to the airport, we waited 20 minutes past scheduled time for Bonjour Taxi which never showed up. We flagged Pontiac on our street and were very pleased with service.

A real person picks up the phone and the taxi comes in about 5 min. What more can you ask for. Excellent taxi service, thank you.
