Is it normal to only ever have one person working ? Everytime I've been to this location we have waited between 20-30 mins to even be seen. Your system decides to do whatever it likes, 1 payment 3 payments who knows what to expect this week.

Visited the store on November 9th just to see what was involved in getting an installment loan in case I needed to apply in the future.Dealt with Anne who was really helpful and answered all my questions. She also explained that I could apply in store or online which ever was more convenient for me.When I do decide to apply for an installment loan I will definitely go back to this location to see Anne !

I have been a loyal business client with store #898 for over 10 years. The service I receive is incomparable. Fast, efficient and respectful. The staff at this location is extremely knowledgeable and tactful when dealing with the many varied transactions I have witnessed over the years. There are similar businesses closer to my home, but I would never considered switching - this store has my confidence and gratitude. I highly recommend Money Mart store #898!

I went in around December to inquire about a loan. Never got one. They harassed my work almost getting me fired. They are continuing to harass my emergency contacts. These people are crooks

I had called in wanting to know what information i needed to bring in, in order to cash a cheque I was getting .. I had just lost my ID and i was really hopeful that they would be able to help me out.Anne was extremely helpful and let me know that they do cash cheques without ID. Anne told me to bring in my cheque and that she would do her best to help me out. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me, it was extremely appreciated.
