Monogram Creative Console

Seems great at first! Each piece seems very well built and substantial; and the idea of being able to configure, and re-configure your setup (it has a lot of limitations with this, too) make this seem like it should be the answer. Unfortunately, when you get into using it you realize quickly that; though the pieces seem substantial and well built, the knobs, faders and buttons are of very poor quality and tend to freeze, or break. And, when they do, customer service is NOWHERE to be found. Also their software that runs it leaves a LOT to be desired. Absolute waste of money!

Monogram Creative Console has made workflow much more humanised in several areas for me. Primarily Logic, where it has become invaluable but also Sketchup and LucidChart

Company appears to have a decent product. However it’s only available via there website. No phone number for the company and one email support, that could take days or more to respond. Based on other customer experiences they seem to have several common problems, getting inventory and communication. It’s very apparent that they do not manufacture themselves (China) and they probably have a minimum order they must meet. Thus explaining the constant delay to customer. Customers are waiting months, the website states ships in 2 weeks, delivery by week 3-4 (red flag). Cancelation policy is within 24 hours after purchase…What!!! Like your clients would know they would be waiting months. Other competitor products like Loupedeck and others in this arena have a larger presence and are available via Amazon, BHPhoto and Adorama with delivery in 2 days. I would caution future buyers as to the delays, communication and future support of this company.

I bought Creative Console to solve the issue of needing faders and knobs for my DAW. Prior to the purchase I looked at other options. The thing that sold me is the quality and how configurable it is. I change the setup every so often to avoid repetitive movements. I then added a second fader bank to provide for other MIDI CC# other than 11, 1 and 2 to have greater control over VSTs and or train a few faders to work with the virtual mixing console in my DAW. It works in the three DAWs I use, DP, Logic and Cubase. I cannot say enough about this product...well I can and did...I purchased one for my daughter who is an aspiring film composer (10th grade). She is using it now and will bring it to college in the coming years. The best part is that it's portable!!!! Love it.

Ok, so they've been having customer support issues right. And shipping issues. Probably cash flow issues in their business. But their products are by far the most amazing things I've ever used. Their products have increased my editing efficiency by 3x. I am now so reliant on their products that I've ordered an entirely new backup set of modules just in case my current set gets water spilled on it or something. Beyond grateful for this company and I hope they stay in business.

Don't buy it. If u want undeliverable product that is in pre-order status or become one after you order, then feel free to order but don't expect receive products or response from customer service if u complain. On bright side, You can expect emails that your order is delayed because of the shortage (in 2021 delay was just 3 months, now is at least 1 year),so DON'T RECOMMEND to buy it. Luckily therrle are better alternatives already... that have at least one advantage they deliver actual product

i cant talk about the consol itself, but the customer service is so freaking bad and slow.You spend 400 euros, (billed in 24h) ofc, then no news for a month (supose to ship within 2 weeks)and when i finaly get a response, they go , ho btw , you gonna have to wait at least for another month!i asked for a refund...no responsegreat!

I have ordered Studio Console". Specifically for Unreal Engine. it was somewhat okay at first. Here we are in 2022

I find this console critical to helping me get through the editing process quickly, completely and efficiently. My throughput is much improved with Monogram and I would not do PP without it. I'm a sports photographer.

Monogram was able to help me download the Creator App and get the console working after I experienced some technical difficulties.The console synced up to Logic perfectly and has been fun to use.Thank you to the customer service team especially for coming up with a solution and getting the console up and running.
