We walked in and were greeted by Ethan. Cannot say enough about how impressed we were with him. He asked all the right questions and we really didn't have to ask any regarding the vehicle, packages and lease pricing. Very thorough with a kind approach to explain things. Very knowledgeable and polite. Quite happy about the whole process, test drive, tour to familiarize us with the shop etc. Excellent service from all involved.

Verbally agreed to buy car at 650pm on a Tuesday with Mike. Asked if they needed a deposit as the actual purchaser lived an hour out of town. We were told no. Confirmed again about the deposit and again told no. Elderly lady drives the hour into town Wednesdayto purchase the car only to be told they sold it. Way to go Maitland motors!!! We were actually thinking of buying our new vehicle here but if that is how you treat people forget it!!!

My Ford explorer that has 30000 km on it is has an intermittent squeal at the passenger side rear. Took it up to the dealership and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it, however, they charged us $80. My truck is under warranty and the noise is still there, the very next day. Worries me how many more $80 calls I’m gonna have to go up there to get this fixed. The customer service at this dealership has gone a little downhill over the last couple of years. We have noticed. We have purchased eight vehicles over the last 20 years with this dealership with great customer service, but it just doesn’t seem to be there anymore.

Came for 6 hours away team worked with me fast to get me home as quickly as we could. Very friendly, honest and upfront from start to finish! Had a small issue with the truck when i got it home they worked with us with the local dealer 0 issues on their end highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience with Maitland Ford! I had previously dealt with another dealership that made my first car experience not the best. Not only was Jeff Kniahnicki amazing to deal with, he was knowledgeable, honest and enjoyable to talk to. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. Ray in financing was incredibly nice, honest and explained everything throughly. From the first test drive to the paperwork, I couldn’t recommend Maitland Ford more! Have owned my Lincoln for 8 years and have always had great service at Maitland Ford Lincoln! Our new Lincoln Concierge Joanne is very eager to make sure everything goes very smooth. I do usually like to get a loaner but do always appreciate the offer to come pick up my vehicle and drop back off at work, especially when it’s just a quick service!

I recommend this dealership to everyone. I got an excellent used vehicle with a complicated trade-in issue that they were very patient about. Mike Szczepaniak was a great salesman! Ask for him.

If you're looking for a vehicle from their tiny on-site inventory for something used, you might have some luck. However, if you're looking through the partnered dealership (off-site), don't bother putting an offer through Maitland. Contact the dealer directly.I worked with a young kid named Ethan. Granted he seems new, he essentially wasted 3 days of back-and-forth trying to put through an offer to an off-site lot. It ended with him pitching a completely different vehicle they had on site, and then proceeded to ghost any further communication, even after bumping the offer as his claim was that the off-site dealers won't even budge a dollar.I ended up calling a dealer directly, and made a deal within 3 hours. Again this may have been the specific salesperson.
