I came in the evening a few days ago and was having trouble with my order. The man at the front was super helpful, patient and kind. Best fast food service I've had so far this year.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Asked for fresh chicken strips. Heard the cashier tell the cook to refry the old strips and when I confronted her she lied to my face. Evening staff is very lazy and finds the most basic tasks their job" hard to do"

They are very polite and the food is great. The only thing I don't like is that 90% of the time when I go in and ask for extra mayo or sauce, I get very little, most of the time none at all. Kinda frustrating having to get home and remake your food!

When did A&W change their habdwashing cleaning tables policy? Being a former A&W manager handwriting supposed to be done e erytime u handle cash and food especially when employees enter the front after coming from the back! Not one employee washed their hands at all not living up to the A&W standards! When did cleaning tables just require a wet cloth and no disinfectant? Where's the Manager? Everytimecouole months I come in abd there's no manager on site

I've tried the double cheese buddy today and the chipotle wrap and both were fantasticGreat value for the moneyThe new lemonade they're offering is very unique i loved the bitter aftertaste of itDeliciousThe French fries take the prize for me as i think they're far better than anything others has to offer

I had coupons for bacon and Eggers2 for 9.98.The staff would not accept then because she told me that they were from the A&W further up the highway.Previous to this I had read on their sign that they would accept all coupons.What gives?. Do they honor their words that they put on the sign?Probably will.not return there in the future

I order a wheel done hashbrown and sausage n egger. The hashbrown was barely even cooked and cold. Disgusting could not eat it. Thew it out the window. I have gotten well done hashbrown at this location. Don't know why it was so bad this time.

This would have been a 5 star review but the service was subpar and I didn't get what I ordered. I'm not sure what was happening but the ladies that work at night took extremely long and didn't listen to what was being ordered. All in all the food was good and I enjoyed my meal
