I haven’t bought or installed anything with them just yet, but I thought I’d give them 5 stars and a review simply because their inquiry response times are simply amazing. I sent them a bunch of questions and someone (Kevin) responded with in minutes on a weekend and answered all my questions with precise answers and set all expectations right off the bat. This is a rare quality these days. I plan on purchasing and installing a remote start on my Audi with them soon and will update the review once that’s done. Until then, you can trust that they will get back to you quickly and precisely.

Had problems starting my car so my manager recommended Nigel to remove my aftermarket remote starter. He responded right away and was able to fix my problem within an hour or two. Fast service, very affordable pricing, my car finally starts normally now thanks to Nelson.

AutoCentrix has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY OF WORK!! They helped me source the correct parts and were very helpful in installing a hitch on my 2017 Subaru Forester for a bike rack. They went over and beyond in assembling the bike rack and mounting it for me. Nigel helped me pick the right hitch for my car while Kevin was on top of things by keeping me in the loop and providing me with updates on my order. I would highly recommend them for any service.

Nigel & Kevin were great!After being quoted for such a high price at Honda for a remote starter, AutoCentrix came out to be much more cost effective. After calling in and receiving a promotional price that we were unaware of, a week later when following up, Kevin made sure to meet us halfway and ensured that we were taken care of. Appointment setting is easy, they require the year, make & model, device that you would like to install and a time preference.Throughout the installation Nigel made sure to check in and keep us updated with what stage they were at and any errors that may have arisen (No splicing required). At the end we were also given a tutorial on how to operate the remote starter and what happens if anything needs to be replaced or rectified.Overall service was great, bit of a wait time (due to installation) but worth it in the end. Their pricing is also very competitive when it comes to tints.Will definitely be back.Great work guys!

I got the dash cam installed in my car and right from the start I had a great experience dealing with their team. At this unprecedented time they helped me out remotely by actively calling me and accommodating my requests and making sure everything is in order to the best of my satisfaction. The best customer service experience I've had. These guys were super accommodating and helped me out after hours because they were so booked up and I was coming from out of town. Would highly recommend to anyone! The communication and follow-ups were great, friendly staff, and above and beyond service. I can't express my gratitude enough.I'm so happy with my remote start! Will be extremely useful in my Northern winters :)
