Great experience with Epic. From initial estimate (offered 3 options), to supply delivery (3rd party, but took great care to not damage the driveway with the delivery vehicle, and safety focused) and finally the actual install. Unfortunately I was not contacted prior (due to the team returning late the night prior), however as I was leaving in the morning I interacted with the crew lead regarding timing. The team seemed to be smiling and had a positive attitude. Upon return my roof was completed and the area was spotless. Honestly had I not run into the team on my way out, I would not have even realized that they were there. Prep started around 7:30am and they were cleaned up and off site by 3:30 Super quick and my neighbours did say that the crew was smaller and they finished quicker then another operation the previous year for their house, and that operation had to come back a few times to touch up things. My roof looks awesome, no over order of supplies. The project cost was lower then 3 other competitors for similar level of product. The professionalism/experience of the crew were also a factor in the decision to select Epic. I have already recommend this organization to a few of my coworkers who are looking at replacing their roofs as well.

We recently had a repair done on our 40 year old tile roof. We are very impressed with the work done by Epic Roofing and Exteriors. This company takes pride in doing their work to perfection. They are friendly, professional, and exceptional in work experience and ability. The work was done efficiently and in the time that was stated. We have total confidence that we will never have a leak problem again. We highly recommend this company.

Insurance claim which included shingles, siding, window, eavestroughs etc.We have had hail claims before (it is Calgary) and found the process brutal. Noticed neighbours using Epic and was impressed with how they went about the jobs.Contacted Epic and they were too busy to help. I contacted them again a couple of months later and Aaron gave me an estimate. We used them and are very happy with the results. Everything was well coordinated and their crews were friendly and competent.

We just had our roof redone and had the best experience possible. They went above and beyond & even threw some extra shingles on my kids playhouse.They were so kind, fast, and did an all around amazing job. I would highly recommend them.Thank you for making our eyesore of a roof beautiful again!

Figured out a solution to a tricky leak on a flat roof. Very innovative service model where they quoted based on Google images and coming by on their own. One day we came home, and the repair was done! No, appointments needed. They emailed an invoice. Professional workmanship. No fuss, no muss

We hired Epic Roofing and Exteriors to install Hardie siding and roof on our new build at Lakes of Muirfield in Lyalta. They had an excellent crew that installed the shingles. Communication from scheduling throughout the completed project was always priority.The siding crew’s level of care and attention to every detail was very apparent as they did an outstanding job. They provided options for details that resulted in the most stunning finish.Both crews were very personable and they were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Epic for any exterior needs.

This is not about workmanship. Aug 2022 my insurance company sent one of Epic's employees to inspect my house and shop roofs after a hail storm. The house got approved for roof replacement but the employee said there was no damage to the shop. My house roof was replaced by a 3rd party and the claim was closed. March 2023 I had water dripping in the ceiling of my shop. I borrowed a ladder (16' walls) and looked at the roof myself... I found about 200 huge hail dents (tin roof). The guy that came out to didn't even go on the shop roof to inspect it probably just looked from the ground... now I've had water in my attic. Claim had to be reopened and still dealing with it. Thanks guy!

Epic was, well...Epic! Great communication, customer service and a fantastic job was done. While it did take some time, due to the terrible hail storm and so many homeowners needing repairs, we were kept informed every step of the way. The crew was great and the work was done well, we are happy with the results. Thanks Epic Team!
