I so very badly wanted to not make this review as Arthur seems like a really nice guy. His cohort unfortunately is not the most pleasant to deal with and should consider a career change.I took my watch in immediately after I realized to tighten the adjustment dial before I went swimming. Sounded simple...they were just going to dry it out for me to prevent corrosion. This turned into a now $500 bill from the manufacturer to repair a watch that is very sentimental to me. I understand that mistakes happen but when I petitioned for things to be made right, I received attitude and the lady actually told my wife not to come back and that we should just take our watch elsewhere. I had another watch with them as well for service...they managed to lose a part that secures the face while putting a new movement in it. It already stopped working. Super disappointing and would not recommend taking a watch in there for work as it doesn't seem like they have anyone in there that knows what they're doing.
