In fact we trusted her judgement so much, she executed a purchase for us on a place that we didn’t even see due to such a hot market in the Calgary area. Terrin is a Real estate investor herself, and represented me for an offer on a property where there was a conflict of interest which lead me to lose the property. When I questioned her, she mislead me further.Edit: Throwing a $500 gift card in a card asking with a plant is not how a situation is rectified when you have lied to your client. The apology and (dissatisfactory) rectification was extended after I found out from other sources that there was a conflict of interest.

I contacted Terrin in the first half of 2022 regarding an available property she was representing. I was new to property buying (in Canada) and as Terrin was responsive and giving me good advice, I decided to ask her to represent me (for a purchase) also. Coming from the east coast (to Calgary), I needed to arrange travel so that I could view properties. Terrin arranged a full day of property viewing on the dates that I was able to travel, and showed me around the area, giving excellent advice along the way. I don't think I would have found the perfect property (that I ultimately did) without Terrin's help, and I would have no reservations about recommending her to anyone looking for a stress-free experience in buying (and selling) their home. Terrin is knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience working with Terrin. I contacted her over a year ago when I was thinking about listing my house; this was the first time we would sell a house and buy a house. Even though I wasn't actively looking and asked many questions, she was quick to respond and help us understand the process. Flash forward 6 months, and she stopped by to have a look at the house and once again explain the process.It took another 6 months until we finally decided to list, and of course, I wanted it done ASAP. Terrin had the professional stager here the next day and a photos/video walkthrough scheduled a few days later.
