New Flower Drum Restaurant
Went with friends for a late evening quick pick up. We ordered sweet and sour spare ribs, Singapore rice noddle, beef broccoli stir fry and sesame beef szechuan style. The service was fast and efficient. Me and my friends we loved the Singapore rice noddle.. It is very close to authentic. Good portion too. Spare ribs did not feel like spare ribs at all. Beef broccoli was tasty. szechuan sesame beef had too much sauce which lost the flavour and did not feel like szechuan at all. In the end the food was enjoyable and I would come back again

This is a Family run restaurant with the best Chinese food in the neighborhood, with great prices on food and drinks. The Best Chicken Wings on the Lakeshore. A pool table is available and large screens everywhere, great for Main Sporting Events and UFC Fight Nights. They just renovated their dining room with new furniture and a fresh paint job. This place delivers! This hidden gem offers great value and flavour in a very scenic part of the city. The owners are very kind and down to earth. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the mood for some authentic Asian cuisine. The chicken wings and Yeung Chow fried rice are especially delicious ✌️

I only started ordering from New Flower Drum over the past year or so and wish I had tried them sooner. I mistakenly thought they were more of a bar than a restaurant at first but should have looked harder.The owners are so incredibly nice and remember me when I call and are happy to see me when I pick up. The food is always incredibly hot and fresh. The portions are really good and 3 items can make at least 4-5 meals for me easily. They also have combo plate specials for 1 around $10 so you can try a few different things in smaller portions. I’m glad they’ve stuck around for so long and it really is the best Chinese food in the area in my option. I enjoy it more than Mai Mai and Ruyi garden. I usually keep it simple and go for fried rice and a stir fry. The broccoli dishes here are always so good with lots of it which is nice and are the perfect amount of crunchy still. I always feel appreciated no matter how small my order is and that’s saying something compared to some of the other restaurants on this street.

Was out looking for some late night food. Walked inside and ordered 4 items. The only good thing was the white rice. The rest had no flavour or weird flavour. Very poorly cooked. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone.

Cheap food with huge portions, big enough for 2. Menu is large and not all their food hits, but their lemon chicken and sesame chicken are definitely great.

6 chicken ballsThis restaurant has been my family's Chinese food place for years ( when I say years I mean 30-40 years)Today I ordered a dinner I have ordered many many times. And only get 6 chicken balls instead of the normal 12. Last time I ordered the same thing happened figured it was a little mix up since I place a large order of almost $100. Bt nope.I understand that price have been raising on food, I get it bt They have raised their prices 3 or 4 time in less then 5 yearI hate to have to stop ordering from a place I have clear happy memories of as a child. Bt they have lost one customer and probably will lose many other members of my family. If you keep it up.

New Flower Drum Restaurant
Food here was delicious! Best I found elsewhere in Ontario by far! I was able to have a wonderful visit with my family and not feel at all rushed by our wonderful waitress to order or eat the wonderful food. Look forward to returning with more of my family soon.

Excellent and affordable Chinese dine in and take-out food. Also has a small bar. I really enjoyed the food, and they have an extensive selection and combos for 1.
