Heather Zigler

Went to heathers winter retreat and it was a life changing experience! I learned more about myself with heather in one weekend then I have in all of my sessions in therapy! Heather is a phenomenal life coach and really helps you understand why you are the way you are and how to heal and move past it! This is a picture of myself from the retreat and I have never felt more free then I did when this photo was taken! I highly recommend Heather if you are someone who feels lost or broken or simply looking for a change!

Went to her winter solstice event. Learned a lot about my self and the things I want to focus on moving forward. It was a great experience, I felt welcomed and acknowledged. Definitely would recommend checking her out.

I felt a real connection with heather after coming to her multiple times for life advice and coaching she really helped me see and understand different perspectives on my life. She is very helpful and i would definitely recommend her.

I participated on a backpacking trip to North Manitou, guided by Heather. Heather made my first backpacking adventure something worth remembering. She kept the needs of her guests front and center, making sure we had the best experience, and we ate pretty good too!

I had the pleasure of participating in Heather’s Backcountry Camping trip on North Manitou Island this summer. I cannot express how much of an impact Heather had on my life. Not only was it an amazing weekend, but Heather inspired such a strong transformation through nature in me that I did not expect and I am so grateful to her for it. Heather has so many unique skills and traits that enable her to be an extremely effective guide, including:• Backpacking - She taught us what and how to pack, how to make delicious, easy meals, and tools to interpret and plan for the weather.• Naturalist - She is very knowledgeable about tree identification and birding, which enhanced our mindfulness so we could truly enjoy hiking and being in nature.• Life Coach/Storyteller - Her skills in these areas were very helpful as she led us in meditations and reflective activities. These were transformative for me.• Heather meets people where they are with their comfort level and skills and is very kind, encouraging, and supportive to help them gain confidence and grow in ways they uniquely desire.Because of the skills and confidence Heather helped to instill in me, I continued to camp on my own for weeks at a time for the rest of the summer and fall, first in my tent and then in my van. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
