Walkers Direct

We rented the knee walker because my husband was having an ankle replacement. We were told a month would be sufficient since the cast was to be on for two weeks, however my husband had to have all his ligaments repaired as well so he had to be in a cast for six weeks. I called and had rental extended for another month with no issues. Pick up was nice and easy as well, packed walker into box it came in attached shipping label and courier came to pick up at the front door. We were so thrilled to find this company because I could not rent a knee walker in our city they were all rented out.

After breaking my foot I found crutches were not an option for me. Upon discovering Walkers Direct we ordered a knee scooter. It was sent to us quickly and was easy to assemble. Excellent equipment, reasonable process, and great customer service! This company provided better pricing than others because the delivery was included. Other companies look cheaper but the delivery was almost as much as the rental. Customer service was also top notch. If you are having a lower leg issue and can manage a knee scooter, it will be life changing. I even managed to clean and do some light cooking.

Dear Walkers Direct, I am pleased to inform you that the knee walker I rented from you prevented me from getting absolutely depressed after the fracture of my ankle. It allowed me to get around, sometimes faster than if I was walking ! I wish we could have access to this wonderful piece of equipment here in Québec. The surgeon who operated on me told me she also had ordered a knee walker following an injury to her leg, and that she was able to continue to operate while her knee rested on it ! When I went to the hospital for my appointments, several people were amazed at looking at me flying along the corridors and some asked me where I got that wonderful little 'scotter', so I told them I had ordered it from Toronto and gave them the name of Walkers Direct. I would recommend the All Terrain Knee Scooter to anyone in need. A badly broken foot requiring surgery and a great deal of time, non-weight bearing. My Mobility Buddy" gave me so much independence

I knew I wanted the all terrain knee walker so that I could be as mobile as possible indoors and outdoors. There are many companies to choose from for this, but none were as responsive and helpful as Sarosh at Walkers Direct. He made the whole process very easy. From ordering to coordinating delivery. When I broke my ankle and required surgery to stabilize it, my surgeon recommended I rent a knee walker/scooter. The morning of surgery I phoned and left messages at several local suppliers who stated they rent knee walkers. But no one responded to my request. I went online and found Walkers Direct and saw that they delivered and picked up, no charge, in Ontario. So I contacted them. They responded a couple of hours later and said they were unsure if they could deliver by the next day but certainly would by the following. To my surprise they did deliver a knee walker the day after surgery! This walker is the best instrument to allow you to get around and be independent with this type of surgery. I am very pleased with the timely service of Walker Direct and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a walker/scooter rental!!

Definitely recommend!! My experience with Walkers Direct exceeded expectations, very kind and very professional to say the least. From the customer service to the knee walker itself. I broke my big toe playing sports and wasn’t able to put any pressure on it for at least a couple weeks. Walkers Direct showed genuine care and delivered the knee walker the very next morning, making my life a lot more easy.
