The Sterling Lyon clinic staff are very kind and incredibly helpful - they make finding new glasses a stress-free experience with plenty of options to choose from. Prairie Eye Care is a must for any and all vision health needs.

I had the best experience meeting Dr. Phipps at Prairie Eye Care; she is a tremendous professional surrounded by a high-skilled staff. My experience was fantastic, as I needed much more than a regular visit to the optometrist. I also needed to see a specialist in Macula. Dr. Phipps not only gave me the best experience at her Clinic with my eye exam, but she also referred me to one of the best Dr. in Winnipeg, and she took care of and walk me through all the process.To be a good Dr. is about helping a patient understand its condition and finding solutions, and Dr. Phipps exited my expectations. I could not have asked for a better service! The staff is really sweet, professional and compassionate. They take time to explain everything clearly and to answer all the questions we might have. They are not making us feel rushed or as if we don’t matter. I truly felt heard and understood opposed to different eye care clinics I have been before. I gladly recommend this place!!!

I had such a pleasant experience at Prairie Eye Care! The eye exam was done with care, and after being guided through the exam, Dr. Worb answered my questions quite thoroughly. I felt at ease throughout the whole process. With my prescription, I chose to try progressive lenses and they helped me choose frames and suggested I try on a pair that I would eventually end up purchasing. They took exact measurements, which were done with precision and made adjustments to make sure it fitted correctly.The whole team was kind, friendly and helpful.I am just so happy with my new glasses!

I see an optometrist yearly because of my diabetes and my visit to Prairie Eye Care was definitely the best experience I've had.The staff provided great service which made the appointment quick and easy. I was also very pleased to see them sanitize each surface that was used immediately after each patient/use.Dr. Phipps was awesome! She explained each step of the exam and its importance relating to my diabetes and answered all of my questions clearly.I had such a positive experience, thank you for the amazing service!

This new clinic is beautiful! I get my glasses and contacts from Prairie Eye Care, and I've been going to to them since they opened their first clinic years ago. The amount of time and high level of care their doctors and staff give to me and my family every time we come in or call in with questions is amazing!! They really take the time to work with you to figure out the best plan for your eye care. My 5 year old son loves Dr. Owusu and we found the cutest pairs of glasses for him! Honestly, we wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Seems like a great place to get an eye exam or take your kids for glasses though as the staff are very friendly. Do not go here if you have an eye injury. Go to MisrecordiaThey don't treat injuries properly. I was given eye drops that made things worse, Misrecordia said simple diagnosis, gave me Maxitrol and gel drops for comfort, not something that was discussed at this clinic as they told me to come back in a month if it didn't get better.

Ashali, Dr. Worb and the whole team at Sterling Lyon Prairie Eye Care are the top notch group of professionals for dry eye care in the city. I have severe MGD with a lot of atrophy and drop out but have been able to recover a surprising amount of my vision and comfort after making lifestyle changes, sticking to a schedule of proper self care and also investing in RF frequency + IPL services with Prairie Eye Care. Dry eye can be a serious condition. Remember to see a professional as soon as you can. The earlier the better!

I rarely go into retain eyewear locations to shop for glasses. I've always been shopping online and decided to check out prairie eye care! Ashali and Krista were fantastic through the whole process. I was surprised to find two pairs of glasses on day 1 and ashali was able to recommend two pairs that I would not normally go for.I ended up loving them. The clinic was clean and modern and they had great recommendations.I appreciate how quickly they work here as well. I was able to get my hands on my glasses right before moving out of Winnipeg.I decided to alter my lenses after a few weeks or so and decided to send them back to get the blue light filters added to them one by one. I recommend getting them done on day one, even though they have a purple glare to them. It makes a huge difference and the purple glare is kinda cool!They were able to 1 day ship both pairs back once I sent them back, which was awesome.I would highly recommend this location! Thanks for the great service and taking care of my glasses!

The treatments I received at the Dry Eye Clinic really helped. No more rubbing my eyes, blurry vision, or discomfort from dry eyes. Ashali was great. All the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend their clinic if you want help for dry eyes.
