I have been seeing Dr Garrioch for 34 years and he is great. The office staff is not good and I will only go back because of how fantastic Doctor Garrioch is. I do not appreciate being talked down to by his front desk staff. I will not tolerate it and I will be making a formal complaint. Please do not stand for such mistreatment.

I've been trying to call in to his office for months. Their lack luster phone system is not useful to clients. No answering machine, no online booking, no recourse for me.

Dr. Garrioch is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. He has been an excellent doctor to me and my family for many years. His staff are also extremely nice, reassuring and helpful.

I’ve called 130 times today and I still wasn’t able to reach anyone. I’ve been trying to contact this office for 2 months and no one has answered? I believe you may have the wrong number on the website or something

Been trying to call and reschedule our appointment since last week. Today the phones go straight to busy signal everytime I call. If they think I'm going to pay for a missed appointment, they are sadly mistaken.
