Great service and ambience but the food was okay. Food presentation resenting was good aswell. Chicken lollipop was good, fried rice was hard and Manchurian was mild, soup was bland.

Ordered here over 20 times in the past year. However the way the employee responded ruined the vibe. We ordered these items which supposedly come with their own steamed rice, we call and say hey we paid for a regular rice + we ordered 2 curries which should come with their own box of rice. The employee states she merged the rice of 2 curries into one box. Does that look like enough rice for 2 curries??The fact that RICE is a variable where the costs are substantially low, we spent $60 and got an answer basically saying “it is what it is, deal with it”. Very upset at the customer service since our 2 kids enjoy your food quite often.

I have tried the place couple of times now and each time they've served delicious Chinese food. The portion size is great. One plate of hakka noodles can easily serve 2-3 people. Their chilli chicken is really good. If you like spicy chicken then you should try their Dragon chicken. Typical takout order takes 15-20 mins but it can go upto 25-30 mins depending how busy they're so it's better to call in advance.

Been going here for couple here but went for yesterday with my family and noticed the food was taste very different and was off from what we are eating regularly. We asked the waiter if the chef was different and he said yes...well obviously that explains it. The food was just horrible. Vegetable manchurian taste like it was ketchup gravy. I would have to think about going again. Very disappointing. Bring the old chefs back again.

For iftar, I decided to visit this highly recommended Halal Hakka restaurant for the first time. My friend & I were acknowledged right away & seated at a spacious booth by choice since it wasn’t too busy (7:45p). We started with a small egg corn soup which was perfect for only 2 people - I’d recommend putting in all 3 flavours of: green chilli with vinegar, red chilli sauce & soya sauce for that extra kick! We then had fish pakoras with a green sweet & spicy chutney which really complimented the delicious pakoras! Each pakora was pretty big; had to cut them in half to cool them down. We finished with chicken 65 & a small steamed rice; again, the perfect portion for 2 people. The staff was extremely helpful clarifying the food items, friendly & kept checking in with us throughout our dinner which I greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed the huge cold pint of virgin mojito! Overall 10/10 experience & one of my top favourite Hakka restaurants!

Disgusting experience.This was my first and last time from this place.Sickening food,Workers that lack training and poor customer service.$17 for a plate of stir-fried vegetables that was barely half-filled. Other food items that we ordered were not at all close to the standard.When called to provide comments, the employee had fantastical justifications. Are they really doing such a poor job that they forbid staff from giving their names, and refused to reveal her name?I requested to speak to the manager on duty!Nevertheless, the manager refused to call me and instead instructed me to call them. Well, the phones weren’t answered.Never ever again going to this place and telling many about the experience.

Just went into the restaurant for some soup and appetizers and they did not disappoint us. The menu was on website and would be nice if they add pics to each items. I was so keen in ordering Chicken Sizzler but not sure how it will be I went with my usual. Ordered Chicken Corn soup and Manchow Soup one serving with Chicken Pakoda. The serving was a lot good for 2people and the taste was also good. Pakoda were soft inside and crisp outside.. with enough green chutney. Overall service was also good.

Quiet Wednesday evening. Food quantity huge . Quality so so. Good suggestion regarding Dragon chicken. Service good but could be better. Server could remove more time on the table to cater more to the needs of the customer. No drinks offered at all. Had to call another server to ask for them. But that's OK. Overall experience average.
