I Would like to give this place zero star if available for racial discrimination. I went today for recertification and instructor who was teaching today treat me so badly. I fill my form and was sitting on the chair , she said are you wearing cologne?I replied i am wearing deodorant and i just took shower few minutes ago and came here. She said she is ultra sensitive to smell and she asked me to do something about it. First she said can you remove T shirt? I replied '' NO'' , I dont want to sit naked without my t shirt. After that she asked to go to washroom and wipe it off which i try to to do by putting water on my arms , neck and clean wiith paper towel. Then i came back and sat and i was sitting rougly 2 metres away from me. she asked if i can come some other day as she is very sentsiive to smell. The point here is smell was not intense it was deo smell, no instructions were given that instructors are ultra sensitive to smell.i work in medical profession for last 6 years and not even single day my people at work or customers have said something like that to me , i myself wont wear strong fragnances. SO FINALLY , SHE ASKED TO PLAN FOR SOME OTHER DAY FOR RECERTIFICATION , WASTING MY DAY WHICH I TOOK OFF FROM WORK. I was the only Brown guy there.I am planing to complain to regulatry authority to take neecessary actions so they dont discrimante people over there.

I cant recommend this school enough. The instructor Daphne was very knowledgable, helpful, accommodating and obviously very passionate about her work. The classrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. And the cost of the course is very affordable compared to other schools. Overall, a great experience!

I took CPR with Tara as my instructor. She was so knowledgeable and brought real life experience. I feel super confident in what I learnt over the weekend. Tara made the class fun and interactive. Thanks Tara!!

A great way to spend the day with new friends and a guy who thinks he knows more than the instructor.

We registered our daughter to take the Babysitting course. Right from the moment of registration to the end of the course itself the staff were wonderful, friendly and organized. The course was fun and appropriate for the ages involved. The building and classroom were easily accessible. We will be back with my other kids! Great experience.

The Personal Care Worker program was great. The instructor, Cindy Eberle, was knowledgeable and approachable.

I took First Aid and CPR in classroom number one which was first floor and the other classrooms were upstairs. I tell you the amount of noise that was coming from people that were getting trained upstairs made it so difficult to focus in class.
