I like the setting of this restaurant, it's in a house. Tables are in front of a stone fireplace. I had hamburger nip and my son had bacon cheese burger and poutine, both of which taste just perfect, not too salty like we had elsewhere, burger is fresh and cooked just right so juicy.

Really tasty food, lots of bacon in my grilled cheese, pretty sure the poutine gravy is homemade and was delicious. Yummy burger and flavourful salad with real bacon. Definitely recommend! Got some apple strudels and carrot muffin too, the carrot muffin is very cinnamon-y and delicious.

Hot, delicious, fast. Ordered the Fenech toast n bacon and the eggs, bacon, hashbrown, toast meal. Enjoyed very much thanks Cindy.Toast was buttered to perfection

I can see what someone else meant by the lady who can be in a mood at times. But she seemed to be in a better mood after taking our order. I heard her say to someone that she wasn't getting any help. Anyways, overall it's a nice place, it's kind of like you're in a big living room and the food is good. My wife wouldn't suggest ordering the salad with chicken though. She didn't think it was worth what we were charged. I enjoyed my meal though. I would recommend stopping here to eat. The next time I travel I'll probably stop here again.

Looks can be deceiving! This is SUCH a cute place! Had a bowl of beef barley soup and it was sooo delicious. Definitely somewhere great to eat when travelling!

Thank goodness for summer hours and for us travellers who like to stop and relax in a nice quiet restaurant like Cindy's Diner. Always friendly people working here and good home cooked meals. Its nice to watch TV and enjoy a meal and summer hours closes at 9 PM not 4 pm as listed on here. I think weekends have different hours.will post after.
