Great selection of work boots and shoes not cheap but who said quality was last a long time

Riley helped me today. I grilled her on everything: leather grain, sole material, break-in period, if you can resole the product I was looking at. She never missed a beat! She was very informative and friendly, and made my visit totally worth it.I've had poor customer service experiences at Redwing before but today was the best visit I think I've ever had. Definitely asking for Riley next time.

Management was very disappointing, staff was incredibly rude, there was gossip behind the counter while customers were present, the questions I had were not answered, and untimely dissatisfied. Will never be coming here again.

Employee not familiar with products. Was not impressed with the employee that attempted to help me the other day. Employee asked me what I was looking for, I said I’m looking for a boot with “MET guard” she responds rudely “all our boots have met guards”. Obviously doesn’t know what a met guard is or the products being sold. There are only about 3 models of boots that come with met guard. Will not be going back to this location.

Antoine was absolutely fantastic! I needed a quick polish on the shoes, and he was able to do it for me right away! Super friendly and great customer service. 10/10 experience.

Great footwear...only complaint about redwing in edmonton is I had to go to a second location to get the shoes I wanted...but the staff at both locations were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they were selling.

We are living and working in Newfoundland and my husband required metatarsal boots for the job site in size 7 or 7.5. That does not exist in a Redwing Boot or any boot here. We called our friends at the RedWing store in Edmonton. The first pair, our mistake, had the protection on the outside of the boots and that wasn't considered the standard on the job site. The next pair were too small. The last pair, just like Goldilocks, were just right! I would like to give a shout out to all of the red wing stores in Edmonton that helped us find the right size and gave us all the information that we needed with the boots. As well as having them shipped back and forth. You were excellent to work with and we will have Redwing boots for life. See you guys next time we are in Alberta!

Very helpful, and friendly staff. I had purchased a set of work boots that didn't quiet fit right, upon bring them back they offered a no hassle exchange (or return had I wanted to) and helped me find a different style that suited my needs better. I have never owned a better set of work boots than red Wings

It's how men shop. Walk in buy a 500 dollar pair of top a line boot and walk out 10 minutes later. Great boot, great store. Was there today

Red wing products are fantastic. Not just the boots, but the staff are kind and knowledgeable as well! They have a great selection for pretty much everyone. Small story... I bought wonderful boots that were lost in the mail, no fault of red wing. The paper work was correct, but Canada post sent them to a different address, and then they were picked up by some thief who didn't have my identification, which is absolutely needed. In the end, red wing decided to give me another pair of boots, no charge. I don't like that a great company had to bite the bullet when they did nothing wrong, but it goes to show what their customers mean to them. Show these guys some love, they deserve it, and you won't find better boots anywhere else! Shout out especially to the West Edmonton and Grand Prairie locations, they're the ones who helped me through this situation.
