I had an amazing experience last Saturday for my 4 bridesmaids getting their dresses fitted for my wedding. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a bra disaster so my mum and bridesmaid had to nip to braehead and they were so patient even offered to stay behind after closing time to accommodate us. Yvonne is excellent and 100% knows her stuff, she is also making our dog a little bow for her collar and had so many ideas and suggestions on how to do this. They really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and were very reasonably priced too. Will definitley use again!

The girls in the shop were fantastic and attended to our needs. We went for a bridemaid fitting and despite having a bra issue this was not a problem for the girls to handle. We all felt so comfortable and amazing in our dresses and can’t wait to have them for our brides big day! I get married next year and I certainly will be using this alterations for the dresses. Thanks for being so accommodating it was such a lovely experience.

I would highly recommend the whole team at JB alterations as they were incredible. They managed to squeeze me in last minute and altered my prom dress within a day. The whole team were very helpful and couldn't have done more for us.

My dress burst for my sons christening, despite it being a Saturday, my dress was repaired! My husband also took his suit in to be altered needing turnaround in a few days. Got both items back perfect & freshly steamed with no crease. Amazing service

Wow!!!! If i could have scored more than 5 stars i would have!First class service from start to finish! My original seamstress took unwell and when i called the shop and explained my situation they managed to squeeze me in at such short notice, the service was great and my bridesmaid dress is now perfect on me!The ladies in the shop also gave my little girl lots of attention when we went into pick up the dress which made it so much easier for me! Thank you so much, will definitely be using and recommending you in furture!

Off the Arran ferry at 9.15 on Tuesday, rang on my way to Glasgow to see if they could take up a bridesmaid’s dress by Friday for a wedding on Sunday. Could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Done and dusted by Thursday night. Thank you! My daughter was delighted!
