I went to ODS and they gave me a book of lawyers walking distance to notarized my documents. I called Eran who answered very quickly. He agreed to meet asap. I walked to the location 10 mins from ODS. Eran was very professional! He was quick and I was pleased to meet him! His office is quiet and clean, his view is amazing and he is very friendly and easy to talk to. He made me feel cared for and went above and beyond. Thank you so much! My partner and I decided to use Eran's services for buying our first home due to his many 5star reviews. He explained all the details patiently and was always available to answer all our questions in detail. During our last viewing (2 days before closing), we noticed that the seller had not left the house in an acceptable condition.
