P N Nails

When I say the workers there are unkind, I mean you will be made fun of multiple times in a terrible tone and they will be very rough with you.At no point in the hour did the place have a good atmosphere.Their english wasn't very good aswell, making the experience all that much worse.The overall nails could definitely be worse, however I will not be returning nor would I suggest them.

Had a great experience while getting my nails done. I showed the picture of how I wanted my nails and she made sure the colours where a perfect match. Yes it's only solid colours but it's the fact of going the extra mile. They speak very well English so it was easy to carry a conversation.

Quick and efficient. They did a great job removing my shellac and doing a shellac mani. Price was fair, service was good and I'm happy with my nails.Lots of reviewers seem to point out the lack of english. I had no issues . They were both able to ask me questions and understood me perfectly and vice versa. Having an accent doesn't mean you don't speak good English"."

They don't make an effort to make you feel wanted or accepted there, if anything they make you feel uncomfortable. I wanted a natural gel overlay and he pulled out acrylic powder and started getting it ready... when I said no sorry not acrylic

Terrible pedicure. Nails we’re cut too short, looked ridiculous after. Very messy with polish, left my feet a mess!

Unsanitary, careless and over priced. Uses the same nail files for all clients. The woman filed her own nails then proceeded to use the SAME file for her client that was sitting next to me. The guy doing mine was coughing a lot, his hands were cut up with open sores and he cut me 4 times!!! 3 cuticles and under my thumbnail. Charged $60 for gel, which is actually acrylic powder. The sign says $45.00 plus tax but that does not equal 60.00 - they will not speak to you unless they need you to do something. Left over nail clippings on the table from other clients. So very unhygienic and dirty!

The girl who helped me was so gentle and sweet. I got a shellac manicure, and it looks amazing. The pedicure was very nice too, and I enjoyed the gentle massage!

Went there almost twice. First time booked simultaneous appointment pedicure and fill. Lady left in the middle to do an errand. Did not get them done together and was there 2.5 hours. Next time just booked a fill and waited 25 minutes. Still a no show. PATHETIC. MOST REDICULOUS PLACE ON THE PLANET. Don’t waste your time with these unprofessionals.

These people think they’re still in 1995 and don’t know that their bad service will show up here. Their attitude is very disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend this place or the people to anyone. Came here with my daughters and got humiliated in front of other clients and rejected. Me and all my friends will be taking our business to someone who wants it.

I booked pedicures here for my grandmother and I a few weeks ago, and I feel that I need to share as it was nothing short of horrible.First of all they speak terrible English and are very very rough as they perform the pedicure. The man doing my grandmothers actually cut her toe and made her bleed when he was filing her nail. I didn’t notice at the time but she showed me afterwards and I was so livid.After the pedicure was complete the guy who did my grandmothers told her to put her sandals back on before the paint was fully dry. It was too early as the paint smeared on one toe and he was eager to go on a smoke break so he blamed her! When he stepped out I mentioned to his wife that because of the circumstances I feel that a discount would be warranted. She was very rude and didn’t understand why I would ask for a discount. When her husband came back he also failed to comprehend the severity of the situation. He offered me $10 off….My grandmother is a diabetic and has been putting polysporen on the cut to avoid infection.I will never go back. The end.
