Ordered online. Delay was reasonable. Received within 14 business days, however the items were torn apart. The box was wide open in front of my door steps. Items were not properly packed. They were full of dust and charcoal. An item was even defect and they did not want to send another one over as shipping fees were to expensive, they said. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now. This is unacceptable from a young and, yet I thought, very promising Quebec base company. Shame on you Max Lavoie.
