Uncooked over greasy all 14 pcs are legs and thighs. 8 Dollars worth of chicken for 50 bucks. Worst experience ever!

Can't make enough chicken that now 7 cars are waiting for food. On a Saturday at lunch. Poor management choices not to have food ready. I can understand if it's 20 mins to close not having food ready. But this is mid day. Do better

Ordered food for delivery and the order was rang up in store incorrectly. Then when the food arrived it was barely edible. The fries were hardly warm, the chicken was greasier then normal and we were overcharged. The manager's resolution" was a 3 dollar refund. If we want kfc we will stick to Edmonton where when they mess up an order you either get a full refund or a full meal replacement"

I still love their chicken, and the tenders..However, they use to have the best gravy..lately, it has a weak flavor. Solution-I got a large gravy, then I added pepper seasoning, and beef powder in the gravy and nuked it for a minute 25...the gravy was very flavorful

It's unfortunate this location is near the homeless hang out. It is scary when you are approached/confronted by men while in the drive through. I honked at him when I saw him lean I to the vehicle in front of me... The experience left me shaking...Staff offered/showed no empathy or concern. Sorry but I'll not be back.

Very clean recently renovated fast courteous warm and tasty food. Sometimes gravy can be thiner kinda watery but most times good meal has regular posting of paper coupons i am not fan online orders

This has to be the WORST KFC I ever been to and I do not even live in Wetaskiwin. I waited 30 minutes for two can dine tender meal after going thru the drive thru... having to park and wait. Rediculous.However, they did give us a couple extra tenders and dips. Dont be in a hurry if you decide to go here.
