Jas and the staff at Willowbrea are exceptionally caring and dedicated to their family’s. Their attention to detail and level of communication really sets them apart in the child care industry. The facility is equipped with amazing security and monitoring for the added level of ease. I can’t recommend this facility and it’s staff enough. From a first time mom, they made the transition very easy on both myself and my daughter. Thank you again for welcoming our family.

We absolutely love sending our three kids to Willowbrae Academy Acadia. Our kids teachers are very compassionate, understanding and patient. Sending our three kids to daycare for the first time all at once was nerve racking but the director and teachers made it so much easier, knowing that our kids were so well taken care of. Each day we come in to pick up our kids they are always enjoying themselves and you can feel how much they care for our kids. As parents it is so important to know your children are loved! We would most definitely recommend Willowbrae Academy Acadia to anyone looking for care for their children!

Willowbrae Academy Acadia is a fantastic school and childcare centre. The director Ms. Jas and staff are all incredibly kind, nurturing, and professional. The facility is bright, spacious, and provides a welcoming environment to children to learn, grow, and have fun. I would definitely recommend to any family looking for a safe and educational focused childcare.

Both our kids go to Willowbrae Academy Acadia and they love it! The academy team is great since day one and I would not hesitate to send your kids to this daycare. For us it is AAAAA+++++

Willowbrae Acadia is an amazing daycare/ preschool!. Jas, Myrna and the teacher’s are all really wonderful, supportive and attentive. The atmosphere of the school is warm and inviting and the classrooms as well as the rest of the school is clean. Do not hesitate to send your child here, you will not regret it!.

We are so grateful to have been able to enrol our daughter into Willowbrae. It’s coming up to month since she’s started and she has adjusted so well. The educators and the entire staff are so kind, warm and welcoming. Most importantly I love how comfortable they make my daughter feel. I couldn’t imagine placing my daughter anywhere else. Would 100% recommend Willowbrae to anyone!

Our toddler is going to this amazing daycare. That is our second daycare, and we absolutely LOVE this place.1. This place is after renovation, and everything is brand new there.2. The price is better than other places if compared to what they offer.3. We love the ability to have an access to cameras if we want to watch our kid. Every day they play different games, sing songs, dance, grow kids' motor skills.4. Each classroom has 2-4 small kids toilets which makes training process easier.5. They provide a daily report online and what is more important verbally when we pick up our little one. Every single day, they found what to say and give me some recommendations if needed.6. The most important! People. We love each and every one of them. Jess is doing an amazing job in terms of choozing employees. And I want to highlight a few people.- Director Jas is killing us (in a good way) with her professionalism. She is very good with both kids and management. I saw her many times hugging and taking care of kids who were crying. At the same time, she always finds some time to talk to parents. I can't imagine a better person in her position. From first conversation with her, I knew I want to put my child in her daycare. She is definitely the best!-Myrna - director's assistant. Always kind, smily, pay attention to parents and kids. This woman has a huge heart.- Joan and Safi - teachers. The word AMAZING doesn't describe all they do for our kid. From daily reports, always true, bad or good to advises which help us a lot. One particular example, my son sucked his finger since he was 4 months old. We started attending this daycare at 24 months. He almost constantly sucked the finger and our front tooth crooked. In 2 weeks he stopped sucking the finger, stopped completely. It was a miracle for me and they did it. I couldn't do it for 1.5 years and they did it for 2 weeks! These two teachers definitely knows what they are doing!7. Last, but not least - food. Their food is absolutely delicious and made from scratch. All the parents had the ability to try their food during the grand opening. Our son always eats everything and ask more. To be honest I think to ask some recipes from their cook. And she is not just a wonderful cook but also a very kind, smily and open person.10 out of 10 for this daycare!

This review isn’t about the daycare itself but rather their lack of communication. I have attempted on numerous occasions to email both the director and assistant director regarding enrollment and no one contacts me back. I ended up messaging on Instagram and I got a quick response saying they would ensure someone would contact me that day… well now it’s 4 days later and still nothing. For a place that charges a premium for childcare you would think they would be better at communication.

Our daughter has been attending this facility for a few months now, starting off with the toddlers and moving up to a pre preschool classroom. The teachers with both age groups are amazing. They ensure the kids feel comfortable and safe, whilst organizing activities to make the days exciting for them.

Wow! After coming from an incredible daycare in Australia, that we had been at over 6 years (with two kids), we were so worried we weren’t going to find anywhere that came close to meeting our expectations with childcare.I have to say, from our initial meeting with Miss Jas, we have been blown away by our experience with Willowbrae.The staff in my daughters room are just incredible. They are kind, compassionate and so attentive with the kids. They have made the transition for my daughter so smooth.We have been so happy with the delicious food that’s being served (and our little one has raved about the homemade muffins).The property itself is state of the art and presented so well.The attentive and nurturing attitude shown by the Assistant Director and the Director (Jas) have been truly outstanding. They have checked in on me and asked how I am doing with the transition. Cannot recommend enough!The staff, the property, the food and the management - 10/10!
