Shoes for the Soul

I ordered boots online as they said their boots are very comfy. I wore it for 5 hours inside the office only and my feet were sore that i can hardly walk. They are very hard and not comfy at all. I contacted them and wanted to return and told them i am willing to pay for my own return shipping but they said that since it was discounted item, then it is a final sale. Owner Deanna was very rude and talks too much. I contacted paypal and asked for help. Deanna said that i am fraudulent for making fake claims from paypal. I claimed item not as described" which is true as they said their boots were comfy while I don't find them comfy at all. After contacting paypal

Think twice before you order from this company. I saw their ads and post on social media all the time. I decided to treat myself and bought two pairs for my up coming vacation. The one pair, I love and are perfect. I am wearing them right now. The second pair, the right shoe bothered my foot so much. I thought maybe it was my foot so I had a few other people try them on and only the one shoe bothered everyone in the exact same spot. I contacted shoes for the soul for help with the defect. They wanted me to pay shipping back to them. I told them something is wrong with the shoe. I got the complete run around. The person on the phone made so many excuses and said them doing business online shouldn’t cost them money and it basically was my own risk ordering the shoes. They finally ended up paying for the shipping. Once they got the shoe, they said nothing was wrong with it and they charged me a $15 restocking fee and took it off of my refund. I was never told that they would be doing that until after they had my shoes back. We have tried calling them multiple times for them to make this situation right. They ignore our calls now. That is SO unprofessional! This store will not stand behind their product. I tried to shop Canadian and support local and I got burned. I will be posting this on social media too.

My wife had always wanted to shop at this store. So I drove her down from Kamloops. She was not disappointed service and selection were great. Service was also very good. Highly recommend this company.

I just got my Miz Mooz sandals today and I love them!!! They fit perfect and look so beautiful. In addition, they feel so comfortable. The service was great too and delivery did not take too long. I will def buy more shoes from this place - btw, this was my first order!

Do not order from this company. Tried to shop Canadian but boots were way to big. Not true fit at all. When you email for return instructions they send you an email. Strict instructions but no rerun label. You must make your own. I had to pay $40.00 to return then. So I paid over $50.00 in shipping fees for both ways. Out that money with zero to show for it. When I complained they said soon to see you go. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Bravo for, Shoes for the Soul. Not only a plethora of shoe brands to choose from, the service was top notch. Love my two pair of Miz Mooz's. Had to return one pair for larger size and the delivery of a new pair with a refund was seamless and timely. Will probably be my go to show store from now on. The shoes……. Oh the shoes! I love all of the beautiful, unique styles! There were so many choices that I just had to walk around slowly, initially. I picked out some shoes to try on and I tried to find someone to help me. Sadly, I was made to feel like I was an imposition. I tried on the one pair and it was too big. I tracked down the employee who grabbed the shoes for me. I asked for a smaller size because they were too big. She got me a smaller size and went to help other people (there were two other woman trying on shoes). The first employee no longer acknowledged me so I asked the other employee. She quickly helped me and grabbed different styles for me. She interacted with everyone in the store. The only time the first employee even smiled was after she asked me, “so which pair are you getting?” and I told her I was buying 3 pairs of shoes. She instantly had the biggest smile and her tone changed. She was all over trying to help me at that point. I was disappointed with the first employee’s customer service. I hope it improves.

Ordered online and was very pleased with the service (and of course the shoes)!! I had a question and they responded to my email right away. Will order again :) And the shoes arrived earlier than expected too!
