Thank you Van Der Hout for solving the issue so quickly![Original review]I bought a necklace on the Van Der Hout website and it broke after wearing it a few times. Because I had it for over a year, I accepted to pay for the repair fees, but after receiving the necklace repaired and after wearing it twice, it broke again. I am really disapointed because the necklace is really pretty, but the quality is below my expectations.

Excellent customer service! I recently purchased earrings and after wearing them for a very short time I realized I lost a hoop. I had emailed customer service to see if I could purchase just 1 hoop again rather than the pair and they sent me another free of charge. I was so thankful. Beautiful jewelry! I own several earrings and always get compliments.

I recently ordered a name necklace my wife. From start to finish, the experience with Van Der Hout Jewelry was excellent. The website is easy to navigate and simple to use, the customer service was unparalleled compared to other online jewelers I had worked with in the past, and the final product was truly outstanding. I should also add that the price point is extremely competitive and reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I would highly recommend this experience!

I bought the diamond evil eye necklace from Van Der Hout a few months ago and I really love it!! I was worried that it might be too fragile, but so far I haven't had any issues (though I do remove it to shower/sleep & store it in the box to avoid tangling). The necklace is pretty and dainty, layers well with other chains, and I love the adjustability. I also appreciate that Van Der Hout offers frequent sales, unlike many of the other Toronto-based fine jewelry brands. The only thing to improve on would be to allow customers to leave reviews and photos on the website under specific items. Thanks!

Was looking for a particular necklace with a slightly longer chain than what was advertised, was able to have this request accommodated effortlessly and efficiently!When the necklace arrived I was super impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I am someone who appreciates having a few pieces of well made jewellery in my collection and I’m so excited to add the dog tag necklace to it. Was hoping to save it for Valentine’s Day but have found myself wearing it already and I totally love it!Can’t say enough good things about this company and their product/ customer service. I was so impressed with Van Der Hout Jewelry's customer service. I ordered earrings for my wife's birthday, didn't bother looking at them until I gave them to her. When she opened them, she realized that I ordered white gold instead of yellow gold. I reached out to customer service and they went well above what I would have expected. They wanted my wife to have the earrings she wanted on her birthday so Zach from Van Der Hout arranged to meet and exchange the earrings in person. Incredible! Absolutely amazing quality jewelry! The pieces were just stunning and to make things even better customer service was amazing too when I went back and forth with them a couple times. I placed my first order a couple weeks ago and got an initial necklace. I loved it so much and was so impressed with the service that I decided to order 2 pairs of hoop earrings. I just ordered it yesterday and it already arrived to me today. That's crazy, especially considering it's black Friday. All in all I would totally recommend this place to anyone!
