Aurum Window Cleaning & Property Care

Where do I start with Aurum? I got a call from them and agreed to some window cleaning and gutter cleaning in June. In the mean time I was able to get a better deal with a small, very professional local company who were able to provide more services at a competitive rate. Needless to say, I went for it. I emailed Aurum three times to cancel the services but no reply. I tried calling them multiple times, the first time I heard a click and the phone went dead at 4:55 pm, I guess they were closing and didn't want to have to deal with me which was fair enough. Other times I was left on hold for varying periods of time so I gave up in disgust. I had tried leaving a message which was one of their options while waiting to speak with someone but then when I tried leaving a message I was cut off before I could say anything. So frustrating and annoying! Never again. At the end of the day, will they come and do the work in June and then expect payment? Probably!! This is a well deserved one star out of 5 from me. Aurum, you really really need to improve your customer services!!

No service provided, but a bill with “late payment charges” was emailed to me.

I booked a 4 o clock gutter cleaning and no one showed up. Two days later I get an email asking me to rate the service. I called and was told someone came in the morning. My wife was home at the time and noone was here: the gutters have NOT been touched. The business cannot tell me who the actual worker was and exactly when they were here". A week later I get an email saying the bill has gone up...late fees.Hi 2 weeks passed since your response and no investigation except ongoing payment reminder. The investigation should have started a month ago when i reported that no one came to do the work but bill arrived. This reply from you is for show and we will continue to report this scam till you stop sending the bill reminder for work not done. No one came to do the cleaning

My rating has gone from 5 star to 1 star. Waited 3 hours for the window cleaners to show up (their window), two hours later I had to call them and they suddenly tell me they could not make it. No call to say they were late or would have to postpone, i had to chase them.Every time you make a phone call to this company they send you an email asking for a rating on their phone service and when you click on the link all you get is an error.

I booked a gutter cleaning on April 29 between 9am-12pm. I called them in the late afternoon and they said they tried to contact me to say they can't make it. I was home all day and no one called to cancel. So, they reschedule to Thurs May 2 between 9-1030. Again no show. Someone by the name of Neeraj contacted me and reschedule to 5pm that same day. At 445pm Neeraj text me to say his ladder was broken. He said he will come by on Saturday May 4 in the morning to do the gutters. I text him back to ask what time on Saturday and no answer. I phoned his number and the person there told me she will get back to me regarding our gutters. Well, they did not return my call and did not show up on Sat May 4. This company is not dependable. Don't know what happened. I used them for the past few years and no problem except for now. They better not send me a bill.
