This regards the English speaking tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls which included lunch and stops at other attractions in the Niagara Falls area. The bus was over an hour late picking us up. The tour guide's native language was not English; the heavy accent was difficult to follow, we gave up trying to understand and just followed the mob. The bus was over-booked; we were happy to leave and take a cab back to Toronto half way through the 10 hour tour. The boat ride around Niagara Falls was fun and lunch was good. Maybe they will get the bugs worked out of their system.

They were late to pick up and as we had to make five stops, they got us to the airport ten minutes before the flight started boarding. Next time I’ll take a taxi from Niagara Falls to the Toronto airport.

Our trip from Pearson to Niagara took approximately 3 hours (this service drops off each passenger at different locations) and the air conditioner was broken so it was unbearably hot (24°C+) for the duration of the trip - I would not recommend using this service to anyone, although the driver (Michele) was a nice guy :)

Horrible service. It was my first and last time I will use Niagara Airbus. I booked a bus and it said the bus pickup time from Terminal 1 was between 8:50-9:10pm. My flight was running slightly behind so I called customer service and said I am on my way and would just make it-just got off the plane. I arrived at the customer service desk at 9:07, within the timeframe quoted by Niagara air bus just to be told that he just left and wouldn't come back. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund. Stay away.

I recently used Niagara Airbus and I'm so thankful I did. I cannot recall the name of the gentleman who picked me up, and I apologize for that because he was so nice. After a 3 week vacation and flying for over 8 hours with an hour delay, I was tired and fearful that i would have troubles with my transportationhome. I found the desk at the airport and I could finally breathe. They were professional and friendly and took care of everything. My ride showed up within 15 minutes and Carrie made sure that I got home swiftly and safely! The highways were jammed with rush-hour traffic and a few accidents yet Carrie's knowledge of the roads and conditions and her years of driving experience got me to my door without hours of sitting in traffic. On top of that she was friendly and made the ride so pleasurableThank you Niagara Airbus for your professionalism and great staff. You definitely put the customer first!
