Renewal fees have almost doubled in price this year. I’v been a client since 2007 and the « management » (lady with purple reddish hair) refused to take my phone call. She did not even call me back when I left a message for her more than once. The poor employees take a lot of heat for her. Some of the staff hardly say hello to you. They called me and gave me 1 day to renew my contract that is due in December. I had to leave my home in a rush because the gym closes early on weekends. Unfortunately it’s the only gym in the area. Energie cardio needs to do better !

Friendly staff, clean, the group classes are very good. It is a little small and when it’s crouded there isn’t enough machines sometimes you have to wait to start your cardio. Overall a good place to workout.

Expensive for nothing. Maybe if there would be less people it would be worth it. I just don't understand the concept of this gym.

Well equipped, spacious, friendly staff, even has electric massage chairs. Well above average gym.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Equipment well kept and almost always available. Minor thing, a few people on their phones holding up the machines. Otherwise a 5 star facility.

I come here when visiting familyfrom Toronto. I'm a goodlife member and get access. The gym is clean and hasn't been overly crowed for a small gym. It had all the essential to get a workout in.
