The employees( specifically sharon) are amazing here. I've rented from discount personally when my vehicle was hit and for business purposes. Every time you go in they meet you with such kind and warm greetings and are always wanting to make sure each on of their clients are satisfied with the experience.Sharon makes getting a rental an easy and wonderful joy to do business with. Any questions I've ever had she's always answered with nothing but professionalism and courtesy for each person.If I could give more stars I would!Thank you discount team for all the help over the years! !!

This was a very good experience!! Kyle and Terry where so awesome to deal with, they where friendly, funny, fair and fast. Will definitely deal with these guys again. Thanks for making the rental so quick and painless. Would give them a 10/5 stars if I could.

Would highly recommended!!! I was in a tight bind when my car broke down and I needed a rental ASAP.Kyle the manager was SO accommodating, even though they were incredibly busy, he was still able to get me set up with a new Jeep Compass. Price was right and service was amazing, again highly recommend!!

I made corporate reservations through Sharon. They are not located at the airport, and after doing a presentation in the area our staff had very little time to catch their flight. Sharon told me she would personally meet our staff at the airport upon arrival, and meeting them again at the end of their stay to pick up the car. They were able to work with me to have my credit card billed and remembered to email me a receipt for my records. In short, I found them very polite and accommodating with planning, and the staff came back raving about the customer service they received. I would highly recommend this location.

I've had a particularly unlucky year with my car & have been in need of a rental twice in the span of about 6 months...not only did the great people at Discount treat me amazing the first time earlier this year, but they also genuinely remembered me the second go around and hooked me up twice as good! Obviously it's not always under the most pleasant circumstances you need a rental vehicle, but they were so cheery & helpful, not to mention super efficient, it really brightened my day.I'll recommend Discount to anyone :)Thanks guys!

My experience with Discount Car and Truck Rentals was excellent. They have the best weekend rates in Lethbridge. Customer service were very helpful in addressing my time needs. I found the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful . The car was very clean.Will definitely be renting from them again.
