I’ve been going to Butterfly hair salon for at least 10 years. I have difficult hair to manage and my hairdressers (both Beshara and Pierre do excellent jobs ! Diane is also excellent! Nathalie washes my hair with occasional massages that I love . They will also give you advice on what type of cut or how to maintain so that your hair has the full potential. Prices are reasonable . A must visit if you love your hair! I know I do!!! ❤️

Worst haircut of my life - clearly the guy was paying zero attention I wanted medium length long layers he gave me a bowl cut with heavy bangs. He is so busy ignoring you he messes up. This place is also completely off trend - go if you want to look like a granny from the 1950’s. Just terrible.

Whole family of 3 needed simple wash/cut. They took max 5 minutes with each of us. Literally laziest, worst haircuts I’ve ever seen. Do not recommend for anyone.

I tried this place today for first time for a haircut and I was impressed with their service. Mr Bachara was very professional, fast and paid attention to details!I really liked it and the price was reasonable too!

When I arrived, nobody acknowledged my presence or asked about my appointment. I sat down for 25 minutes before finally going to ask for my stylist. He apologized for making me wait... Prior to my haircut, I had long, thick, natural brown hair, and then the stylist thinned it out way too much. (By the time I realized what he was doing during the cut, he had already done one side of my hair....) I feel like I have a third of my hair's thickness. I will no longer be going to this salon! Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of care.

Extremely disappointed! My husband took our 11 yr old daughter for a simple cut. They confirmed that it was just a cut, then gave her a blow dry and styling, without ever having offered it! He paid $75 - that’s way overpriced for a simple child’s haircut! I went there once myself and didn’t enjoy the unfriendly atmosphere at all, but decided we’ll give them another chance! Despite it being our closest salon and my husband planning to become a regular client there, we’re never stepping back there again!

Coiffure-Butterfly is a wonderful salon for kids’ haircuts. I brought my kids (3 and 6 years old) there and they had a blast. The staff was super friendly, professional and gentle with my kids. The salon was spotless and comfortable. The haircuts were done in no time and they looked amazing. This is the best place for families with kids.
