We needed a place to cool off and this place fit the bill! Calm warm Northumberland waters. Not overly populated. No wash or change rooms so be prepared. Sandy but some people may need water shoes as it can be a bit rocky. Will definitely go back when in area.

Very secluded and quiet spot. The water is clean and full of rocks, seaweed, clams, hermit crabs and big honking crabs!Great place to relax on the red sands of PEI and soak of the sun and surf. Got a view of the bridge on clear days and can even see New Brunswick. Caught a whole bunch of bar clams there, and even got pinched by a crab. Will return to spend more time on that lovely beach and in the warm water.

A beautiful stretch of beach, unsupervised but absolutely breathtaking views! Tide comes in quickly in the late afternoon/evening. Many shells, red sand and lots of flat spaces perfect for setting up chairs or umbrellas. My kids and I loved it!

Just a well maintained field of about 2 acres, but a good place for a casual picnic and quiet. No official" camping. Water access with typical shallow calm south PEI red-sand beach"

Gorgeous meticulously maintained park with lots of space to walk. Well equipped with picnic tables, change rooms, port a potty. Beach is long and great for exploring. Water was some of the warmest we've swam in on the island.

One of the better of the many great beaches in the area! I've been to this park for wedding ceremonies, family get-together's, and the very occasional festival/live music.Lots of sandy areas in the water to splash around without kicking a clump of seaweed or rocks to slip on. Good deal of sand to play with during low-tide, and even though this is a relatively popular beach, there's always lots of elbow room for swimming when the tide's in.

We were on an impromptu road trip and found this beautiful spot to walk the dogs and enjoy the views. Lots of little spots for the dogs to enjoy new smells too.

Great park. Very nice beach. Lots of space. Mosquitoes were a bit of an issue. Make sure you have some bug repellent.

Loved it here! A short drive from Summerside and you're on the coast in a beautiful park with small beaches. There's plenty of space to play for kids and there's a play park with swings. Facilities are also available including a changing area and toilets.

Nice small provincial park just off the scenic Rte 11 (North Cape coastal drive) about 20 minutes from Summerside. There is no camping available. But it's a great Park to play in the water or take a walk on the beach
