Terrible service. I've been trying to get them to do a lawn treatment for weeds for weeks now. No one gets back to me when I send message or when I try to call. At this point I'm just trying to get through so that I can cancel services. My yard is full of weeds.An update: it has been over 3 weeks and no one has still contacted me. I have tried social media, the client portal, telephoning. No one is getting back to me.

I would recommend staying away from Vertdure.We contacted them by phone to cancel, they confirmed it was cancelled. We asked if they need the cancellation to be provided in writing, their agent (Mathew) said verbal was enough and he would take care of it. We called a second to confirm that the cancellation had been done, and we were told that it was.A few days later they leave me an invoice claiming they came and applied a treatment. I was home all day and never saw anyone in the yard, and there was no sign that any work was performed as far as I could tell. Finally, I followed up with a written notice to cancel, and they called back and are now claiming the “service” that they provided AFTER I cancelled was $70.A few days later, I had more than one neighbour come to warn me about this company after they saw their truck from when they came to provide an estimate. One neighbour said Vertdure would claim to have applied fertilizer, but he could see in his security cameras that the worker stopped by to leave the fertilizer notice and then barely applying any fertilizer.Finally, two neighbours shared how much they are paying with another company, and Vertdure’s prices are not competitive based on what I was told.I suggest shopping around, don’t make my mistake and ask your neighbours before doing business with this company.

Didnt know they installed fences. looking for someone. prompt service with no bother to me I just find the sign in the lawn that they were here. Grass looks beautiful except for one weed that they are not allowed to use the poison for.

The lawn services was ok. I had weeds all summer and part of my grass went yellow. I took pictures all season to prove that the weeds never went away and that the grass turned yellow after treatment. Also you have to notify them every time to get it treated or they will not treat it but even after someone came down to treat the weeds, the weeds remained.

I paid and they never respected the contract, never came to do the backyard. Tried to get my money back and no one is answering me or helping me. Pour quality of service and 0 communication

They are good sale pitchers and will get you with their “unlimited visits until you are satisfied” line. But that is the furthest from the truth and barely will come to treat your lawn at all. They charge 40$ per visit for a cheap fertilizer, won’t even treat for weeds even though you’re paying for that.Scammers- I will now pick up the pieces from my messed up lawn and treat it myself.

We went from the worse lawn on our street to the best in one summer! Neighbours actually came over to ask what we did to make our grass so nice in so little time. Also, whenever you need a visit for weeds, you can just call or email and they’re at your door in just a few days. Awesome service!

UPDATE: Not only have they not yet issued the refund, they are continuing to charge for services". I'm blown away by how poorly this company operates. This is unethical.I am incredibly disappointed by the poor quality service that I received as a first time customer over the past 10 weeks. We signed a contract with Vertdure which should have included monthly "services" as well as weed control on call (i.e.

Thank you Vertdure! My backyard was ruined because of a large dog. I thought I would have to sod my entire yard, but Vertdure said no, it can be fixed. I didn't believe them, but guess what? They did the impossible! After 1½ months and following very simple advice, my yard looks beautiful again! See the before and after photos.

They didn't show up by 31 May as their message said. I called (waited forever) and was told they must have gone to the neighbors by mistake (anybody else get that excuse? I expect so). They showed up did good job with the weeds - but the guy spreading the fertilizer ran out about half way through and pushed the empty spreader around for a while - he didn't know I was watching. Seems like they do good job in year one - then only do what you demand in other years.
