Jordan of jhmelectric/phase 1 is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. He fixed the defects in the electrical works at my rental townhouse, with ESA permit, 5 years ago. I called him again yesterday for electrical inspection to be done by a certified and licensed electrician. These are requirements for rental license with City of Waterloo. He does the work diligently and the tenants felt safe too that an electrical safety check was done. I will be calling him again after 5 years too and for my own house electrical works. Thanks Jordan

We would highly recommend this business as we found Jordan (Phase 1) to be knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant, and detail oriented. The scope of the work involved installing new circuits in our laundry room. He completed this work with much expedience, yet took the time to answer any questions that we had. I had Phase 1 re-do all my electrical in my house including a new panel. I had my whole second floor ceilings vaulted, bathrooms expanded and a unit put into my basement. The team at Phase 1 accomplished the task with the utmost professionalism and completed the work in a timely manner. They were great to work with and provided a wealth of knowledge. My project was a very high end endeavor and they provided all the insights to ensure the final product was top notch. Seriously couldn't have asked for a better team to make sure all my needs were met!
