They've ripped me off multiple times. First off they did not cover the rental fee for a replacement densometer when my brand new unit had an issue and needed repair after 2 days of use. Then, they scammed an extra payment out of one of my densometer leases when I sold it back to them, claiming my next payment would be credited to a different lease... it was not. They basically got a brand new Troxler unit for about $4500. NOT FAIR. Then, they sent me one case of concrete cylinders when I thought I had ordered 2. The shipping fee was nearly as much as the cost of the cylinders, which was way above average cost from other vendors.

Measur is hands down the best geomatics and UAV supplier in western canada. Their sales team is patient and proffessional, and their support team is knowledgable and quick to respond.Once, they even provided support for a product that had been bought from a competitor, when that competitor ceased all communication AFTER selling a very expensive product.They have earned my trust time and time again.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. All nice when you first order but then collection calls come before I've even received the product?!? And the collection calls are yelling and mean. Niceness gone - going back to Hoskins
