You make your login information for your benefits site so complicated you can’t use it. I also have been paying for benefits for 3 months at 2 different places and have yet to receive a benefits card. With the mobile site difficult to use and no benefits card, I think you do this on purpose to save on claims.Edit, and even submitting claims is an issue. I get told that my benefits for counselling is not covered. Yet im on claim for std mental health. Fu

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3.5 hours now and nobody is answering the phone. I even went to their building on Joseph Howe Dr. only to be informed that everyone is working from home. There is therefore nobody there to receive mail or take appointments and there is nobody answering phones. I even attempted to contact them through Facebook and nobody will answer there either.

I just want to praise Katelyn Gallant, Senior Support Representative for Manulife Bank for her superior customer service. I went above and beyond to help me and she was extremely friendly and genuine despite her overtime workload. I am so happy with her service that it has given me lot of confidence in working with Manulife bank for many years to come. Please send this to the upper management to ensure she gets recognized for giving the company a very good reputation. Thank you!

This was a contract position. I woke up to a phone call in the morning and was let go without any notice. I Was not given any prior feedback of poor performance, in fact, my results where good and I had received compliments from my Client's from time to time.Do not work here if you're looking for job security. You could be let go for a reason that you will never understand.

Terrible to deal with. They will easily take lots of you earnings, just hope you never have to make a claim. Very poor customer service. I wish I could drop them.

If I could give them a negative rating I would.. this company has been steeling money from my business account resulting in me not being able to make payments. I don't even have any service with this company however they are steeling from my account. I have asking for over 4 months and they are not o ly not responding to me but they are out right ignoring me. This company is hurting me small business and they have no problem in doing so. Disgusting how they treat people like they don't matter. I would suggest anyone to look elsewhere for your needs!!!!!

This is the best company to work for. I love the environment it offers, the great people it has in it. I love working at the office full time and feel alive after 2 years being at home like a slave with no one to talk to. Would love to see a full mandatory return to the office for 5 days as is very great for mental health and to be happy. Other than that, Manulife always cares about their employees and customers.

A terrible company to deal with. If you get someone on the phone they will know nothing and either hang up on you or promise to get someone to call you back, which never happens.Avoid them at all costs if you value your time.

Went there to buy a plan, got nothing but a bunch of phone numbers without explanation. Called and got no help. Staff told me it was windy on my end and hung up. Would not recommend :((

Customer service reps don't seem to understand the overall workings of.my insurance policy concerning yearly payment. Frustrating just dealing with simple issues.
