Super service !!! Les employés sont tous souriant, attentionnés et prennent le temps de tout bien expliquer

Absolutely horrible service. 6year old was scared and had to make another appointment, arrive at appointment and dentist refuses to see him. Pathetic service and absolute waste of time . Does not care about clients clearly.Rebuttal: You waited until 10 minutes before the appointment when we were in the parking lot, to inform me he would not be seen, wasted my time and his day off school. Not to mention we took the advice and gave him the medication that was prescribed to calm his nerves and he was still refused service. He did not throw fits he did not scream, he cried because he is a child and gets scared. Previous attempts he did have teeth repaired just not back one because of his gag reflex and stress. We have been long term clients which made the situation all that more disrespectful and appalling. Thank you .

Première carie pour ma fille, super bien été, la dentiste et l'assistante a été vraiment calme et a bien montrer tous les outils pour que ma fille soit le moins anxieuse possible.

Le personnel prends le temps de bien expliquer et nous rassurer
