We received a windshield claim that was to be paid via Uniban. The windshield repair was completed in June and we have been getting nowhere with Uniban to receive payment. Our accounts team calls and emails, the person that we sent our invoice to does not answer her phone nor does she return emails. When we try calling their accounts team, they say you need to email instead. Useless.It has now been 4 months of getting the runaround from this poorly managed company. We have sent one last email today, of we do not receive payment or get a response, we will be sending this to collections.

Terrible Infrastructure, terrible communication, terrible facilitation of payment.Emails sit for months, getting the run around" does working with this company little justice. They are excruciatingly unprofessional and I wish they had more for support systems. What can you expect from a multi million dollar company

to whom it may concernuniban is operating under ph vitre d'auto and controling all prices to make vitro pluse and doctor de pare brise and auto mod to grow not the other auto glass shops .be ware of that when you are calling belair,intact ,or insurance company mentioned in the picture they will make you to pay 35% of the invoice .we want to help costumers to pay minimum possible in their deductible but this company (UNIBAN)sending everyone to their franchisee like vitro pluse and doctor de pare brise and auto mod.retail costumer be careful and auto glass shop also open your eys.

Autobody shops are being forced to install and/or use their system for insurance claims or the customer is given a chose pay themselves and wait for repayment or go somewhere else.This is not legal in Canada under the motorist bill passed by the government

Do not work with this company. Do not accept an authorization as a business as they will not pay their bill. You will chase them for months and get the run around from incredibly rude staff.Avoid at all costs.

We have been trying for over a year to get a payment from this company after completing a job for intact insurance who uses uniban to make payments for them. This company also has a conflict of interest as they are in ownership of their own installation facilities.Multiple messages left, invoices emailed, statements sent with no attempt to rectify the problem.

stay away from this company, still waiting for payments now going to 4 months. no one gets back to you, Voicemails everywhere, they use call center.Customer came in for cracked windshield-got the okay from insurance broker. who then outsources to Uniban, for payment so broker has no responsibility
