The staff were friendly, extremely experienced and very safety conscious. They went over every step carefully and made sure that you were supported every step of the way. Great place for your first jump. The only hitch was that the pics and video were okay, but not great. Good enough mind you and it is challenging to do given that you are jumping out of a plane. I would highly recommend.

They really care about safety which is awesome. They have experienced People working there, people who have done thousands of jumps already and really know their stuff! It's a pretty rustic place and they power everything by solar power. They have great service and a really nice dog named Ceasar who is quite friendly and adds to the comfort levels.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.I surprised my girlfriend with a skydiving package from Skydive Moncton. I followed the instruction on their website and gave my information and deposit.On the day we were supposed to jump the weather seemed fine. Sunny with light clouds. After driving for almost an hour to get to the jump zone I arrive to find out that they are not flying that day. What???Here is my problem, they (the women working) claims that it's stated on their website (which I have no doubt) that I" the customer who is paying

We had a grat time there with the friendy staff waiting for our turn to get on the plane and jumpInstructors are incredible: our first jump was a lifetime experience!

Had my first skydive today and the staff and jump was awesome. My spouse went with me, her second time in one week. The jump instructor was excellent. The rescheduling was worth it.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us to feel really confident. The instructors were fantastic, and the jump was the most incredible experience! Will definitely be back to see these guys!

The service was excellent from start to finish. The introduction to skydiving was excellent and the experience memorable. Video recording service was convenient and super fast turnover, within minutes! Would recommend to anyone!
