I've been coming here for over 10 years and 7 vehicles. Never once have I felt I overpaid or that something was not done professionally. Everything as it should be, everytime.

Diebel Auto Repair is the bomb! They were able to fit me in last minute and fixed the problem within a matter of hours. I heard good things about them from others and my expectations were exceeded. Highly recommend! Britney was lovely and so knowledgeable. The entire experience was very smooth.

I had ordered a set of winter tires through a web site that uses this garage to install the tires. The ordering and the appointment process went very good. After the appointment it was noticed that there were scratches on two of the rims. The scratches were very pronounced showing the white mark on the black rim, they were were uniform and approximately 3/4 in from the outer part of the rim. My wife talked to him when she noticed and she was told it was not their doing. I called the owner and he said it must have been from a previous tire change from another garage. There was no previous tire change as these were the original set of tires on the 2020 Ford. Then I was told that his machine couldn't have made the scratches and that he wasn't prepared to resolve this issue."

Possibly the last honest mechanic in town! Reasonable pricing and they went above and beyond to diagnosis and repair my vehicle on short notice. Highly recommend.

Jeff is an honest mechanic.He is always looking out for the interest of the customer to have a safe vehicle but also save money.He is not going to charge you for random extra things unless it it’s absolutely necessary for the vehicle’s longevity.I will only take my Car to Jeff.

Excellent service and fair pricing. Was able to get me in right away to fix an issue with my Tundra's 4x4 prior to driving to Alberta for Christmas. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the same day. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles back here for any future repair needs

Fast and reliable, I take my two vehicles here, and told my family and friends about Diebel also because of the honest pricing.If your ever in a bind and you need your vehicle to work new again I would get these guys to work on it.

I’ve already left a review here from the last time my van was worked on, but I recently took my crummy little sedan in to Diebel and I swear it feels like I’m driving a whole new car, so here I am again!This really is the only place I trust to work on either of my vehicles anymore. Especially as a solo woman; most other shops that I’ve been to in town have tried to charge me nearly a grand for minor issues that I later had easily fixed in under an hour.I’m very familiar with the auto industry and know that for many shops making up issues and scamming people is part of their business model. This is not something you will ever encounter here. Diebel actually reduced the service cost from the original quote because it was done faster than expected, which is incredible and something I would never even dream of happening at a chain shop.Several months ago, I had my Sunfire quickly looked over by another shop in town who never mentioned that my suspension was badly failing. I eventually just accepted that all the rattling, constant readjusting, and the body of the car leaning around corners and tipping back while accelerating was somehow normal. After just a couple hours of being worked on here, the issue was diagnosed, fixed, and now it feels like it could be right out of the dealership despite being over 20 years old. I’m very thankful that I can safely get plenty more life out of my late grandmother’s car now that driving it doesn’t feel like maneuvering a boat!Much appreciation for these guys. Great work, great people and no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend.
