I placed an order today for curbside pickup. At no point was I told that the store closed at a certain time for lunch. I arrived at 1:45pm. I called and called and could not get through. Finally I went to the door. There was a sign on the door that said they were closed from 2-2:30. So I sat in my car and waiting until 2:40 and still could not get through on the phone. I proceeded to the door and there were others waiting there as well having the same issue as I was! I patiently waited my turn and then phoned. Spoke with the manager and asked why they were not informing their customers that they were closed during certain times!?! She informed me that her and her employee took lunch at the same time.........she then proceeded to raise her voice at me when I asked her if that was the best retail decision when customers where literally waiting at their door. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that Canadian" Labour Laws due to covid 19 yada yada yada. Don't go to this store. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Can't give them no stars as a review

Open to public and professionals! Awesome supply store for nail, hair, product, tools and everything in between. Staff today were super helpful finding a hair colour. I always prefer to buy my dyes here and have never been disappointed. I think there’s only 2 Sally’s in the city so this one is newer and in a convenient location. Thanks always for your help :)

I usually love the store and it's super fantastic especially with the fact that it's close to home. I've called multiple times throughout this week to place an order and no one answers like no matter the time the of day when the store is open. It rings once and then it just starts beeping and I'm like normally this doesn't happen so I don't know if people are just choosing not to answer the phone or if they're having an issue with their phone but as I said I've called multiple times throughout the week and no one ever answers.

I went in about half an hour after opening on a Sunday. The young lady was so so helpful with my dilemma. The colour she helped me pick was perfect! Thank you, I feel so much better about my hair now it’s fixed

I was so pleased with the price, and all.orders were correct plus all contents which were out of our range of scope the representatives were so helpful.I astutely love Sally's. MY DAUGHTERS AND I received the exact same treatment before the lock down due to COVID-19.Therefore I just want to say Thank you so much for everything.

This complaint ISNT for all Sally Beauty Supply stores, Only this The employees at the Niagara Falls location are helpful and amazing. I.will never come to this one again. CLOSED 3 MINUTES EARLY AND WOULDNT LET ME IN. Admittedly it was 6:57 pm when I was at the door. Yes, annoying and a pet peeve of MINE too but THINGS HAPPEN. AND either way..... OPEN IS OPEN. It might be annoying but you grin and bear it. I knew EXACTLY what I needed and had cash OR debit ready so I wouldn't hold them up. A customer walking out as I walked up. Before I even had the door open three inches the employee (who appeared as though she was training a someone) grabbed the door to lock it and barks out WE'RE CLOSED". I said "Don't you close at 7?. Its 3 minutes to." Then she barks back at me...."the computer says it's 7". Well I GUARANTEE YOUR CELL PHONE DOESNT AND YOU ARE WELL AWARE OF THAT. So she shuts the door and locks it. All I needed was LITERALLY ONE MINUTE OF HER TIME. It would have made the world of difference in my horrible day but she couldn't even be bothered to listen to me. As I sit in the parking lot typing this...it's 7:20 pm. Did that MINUTE REALLY mean that much you? Because it meant a hell of a lot to me! HORRIBLE customer service and if SHES training someone? Good luck! I am from out of town and needed this last minute. No clue where I am don't think theres ANYWHERE else to get toner right now. Thanks. Maybe think for a second or ALLOW someone to SPEAK before you treat them like a second class citizen. You KNEW it wasn't 7 but just wanted to go home. DONT BE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY if you expect things to be punctual or black and white. EITHER WAY.....I WASNT LATE. YOU are rude and should be written up. But I'm sure the manager will hear a different version of this story. I wasn't nasty or aggressive. There was NO NEED FOR HER TO SNAP AT ME LIKE THAT. As I sat here writing this

I went here yesterday (Sunday), very happy with service received. The 2 ladies working were very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with buying a new brush for blow drying my frizzy thick unruly hair, I purchased new shampoo and conditioner by Bioterra and a blow out product by Ion it makes my hair feel great and helps with shine. I couldn't be happier with the items purchased. Thank you ladies :)

Excellent customer service, excellent product selection! I am happy to see a store that sells professional hair products and regular everyday people like me can shop there. I am very satisfied and very thankful that this store is here. Good job guys!
