We (a family of three) were extremely disappointed by the Gorgonzola Fondue. The cheese itself was of superior quality however none of the vegetables were blanched, never before have we been served unblanched vegetables at a 5-star hotel. Coming from Thailand, we are accustomed to exceptional hospitality, service, and food quality; we found it appalling that the staff didn’t offer to replace the raw vegetables with blanched alternatives. We also found the range of items presented for dipping very limited, bland, and unsuitable for a fondue. In addition to this, despite being told that the fondue was 100% vegetarian, we were presented with extremely hard pork meat for dipping as well.

Chateau Experience was amazing here ($$$), but so worth it, for my first time time in Lake Louise. Our server was very knowledgeable on pairings and it was one of the best meals and dining experiences Ive ever had.

Definitely not worth the price, and not all all consistent with the fine dining experience it purports to offer. We had a reservation yet were seated upstairs facing a wall. The restaurant was not busy.Service was extraordinary slow and inconsistent. When you are paying $100 per person or more you should not have to ask for water refills three or four times. We also ordered other drinks but were never offered refills or asked if we wanted another.The fondue was ok, quite small for the price, and our main course filet mignons were cold. We did have kids with us and maybe that's why they treated us like second class citizens.While the ambiance of the hotel was somewhat nice, nothing else matched.Definitely advise giving this restaurant a miss. For the price we paid, it felt like a ripoff.

We were able to book a reservation via email prior to arrival. The space itself is very unique looking, with a wall fall of wines with servers having to climb a ladder to retrieve ones that are positioned high (like a library). We ordered the preset menu for two, that included a choice of cheese fondue to start, a filet mignon main, and dessert.The cheese fondue... was cheese fondue. I don't know what to look for to be hones. I enjoyed it but am in no rush to get it again.The filet was excellent. The restaurant manager said that they get the meat daily from a nearby farm. Whether that's true or not I don't know but it was tasty.The dessert was described as being for two, but was one small plate. Not a big deal as we were full anyway from the first two courses, but for those who like their desserts it could be an issue.our server was excellent. He was attentive but not overbearing and made sure to give us our space.As the choice of restaurants around there isn't that broad, I would return here again and perhaps try one of the other fondues, and another main. If anything would return for the atmosphere and the view.

Cheese fondue was yum with crudités topped up. Chocolate fondue was also nice, although a bit too sweet.Gorgeous view but no air conditioning - room was unbearably hot. Had to have blinds down which was a shame but it was still too hot and we couldn't wait to leave to cool down!

Fondue fruit veggies , a filet mignon side and beet salad. Fairview gin and house Pinot noir, overall good experience. Loved the mountain views most.

We had an excellent cocktail course to start.Our server Asher recommended the Chateau 3 course experience which was very good. He sold us on the wine pairing which did not disappoint. The quality of the food was very good and although not huge portion, seemed to satisfy our big appetite. Cheese fondue, rainbow trout, filet mignon, then chocolate fondue, pair with appropriate wine. I would recommend going all out like we did tonight. My wife and I were very satisfied for our honeymoon dinner. Everything was basically perfect. Our server Asher made the experience well worth our time and money. Looking forward to returning to this restaurant in the future. I would even go as far to say requesting the same server Asher for a repeat perfect dining experience. 5 Stars.

I made phone call first, the server saying only take reservations for hotel guest. So we come in and joined the waiting list. The service team is unorganized, even other server members saw we run out of water, they didn’t help us to refill. No idea where is my server is.Bread is dry and too salty.Cheese fondue is very good and heavy. But it only comes with some vegetables. It’s not enough for two, it should come with some rare meet, just like some restaurant at Banff.Steak is very good.Chocolate dessert is so so. Not worth to try for it at here. If you buy the good milk chocolate, it will be much butter do it at home.Compare with only a few restaurants at this place, I am going to give 3 star, thanks for offering the food.

This was one of our favourite meals on the trip. Service was amazing. Asher our waiter was excellent. Pretzel bread with whipped butter (save some to dip in the fondue). We got the half fondue and it was plenty for two people to share. The schnitzel was super crispy and huge. Halibut was cooked with a nice crust but a little small on the sides. The chocolate fondue for dessert was amazing and the home made marshmallows was my favourite part. It was expensive but worth the experience and the view of the lake.
