Very happy with Dr Bird. I’ve been to see her a couple times in the last year and every time she helps me tremendously. Last time I was there she spent a long time working on the problem until she was happy it was resolved. She sends you home with tips, stretches, and exercises to keep the problem from recurring. I have been to dozens of chiropractors through my life and suffer from chronic back pain. Christine Bird is the best I've been to. She's very understanding and knowledgable. Her techniques are a mix of Western and Eastern, using tools to perform very targeted adjustments rather than full body slam cracks. She will only use the tools you are comfortable with and explains things well. My neurodiverse sons are treated with care and respect. I fear the day that she decides to retire.
