I have been using Skylight Travels through a family referral since many years and they have never disappointed in getting us the best tickets even in emergency situations. My last experience with Pooja was very comfortable and she made sure we got our tickets with the dates we wanted through a lot of searching and finding what fits best for us. She had been very resourceful and helpful with an abundance of patience level and I can’t thank her enough! The other staff members were also helpful when we had booked earlier however this time it was much more appreciated since we were in a hurry to book for a family emergency situation. Thanks again Pooja and all other staff members !

Had a great experience working with Meena. She was willing to go through several combinations of my multi-step travel plan with me until I was very happy with both the timings and cost. I would definitely recommend using their service!

I don't recommend this agency to anyone because when I called to change the date of my flight they never helped, they never call you back and they asked me to pay for the whole ticket price again which i paid that when I bought my ticket from them. The good reviews are their friends and family reviews .

This is the worst flight booking agency. All their good reviews are from their own people. They lie to you about everything. They told me it would be $1350 for each ticket and when i got there the price instantly changed to $1650. I dont recommend this agency to anyone. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

Bad experience. Never recommended.I purchased 2 tickets worth $3150 from Skylight and I cancelled it due to changes in my travel plans. I didn't receive any refund even after contacting them for the last 2 months. They claimed that the airline already credited the funds to my credit card. The bank confirmed that there was no credit and asked me to file a dispute.So, I contacted the agency again and after talking to almost all the agents working over there, they promised a call back after checking. Also, they kept repeating that the refund was credited to my credit card and asked me to share my credit card statement with them to verify. When I asked for the evidence of transaction, they told me that they will check with the airline. They came back to me stating that they don't have any evidence of processing the refund. They denied including me in their email communication with the airline by quoting their policies. Finally, they came back to me saying the refund was received in their bank account and e-transferred to my email address. I think some magic has happened that the refund went to their account instead of my credit card account even after saying multiple times that the airline processed the refund to my credit card account a month ago.I was behind this refund exactly from October 31st and finally today at 2 pm on December 29th, I received the refund from their account. I never recommend their service to anyone because I had a very bad experience, I lost many hours talking to them, to the bank, waiting for their response and checking my bank account every time. NEVER RECOMMENDED and I believe that the good reviews here are from their friends and families.

Best service I can ever ask for, Sheela Chechi is just like our family. Very flexible, resourceful, accessible regardless of the time of the day, very responsive to any accommodations needed. She always follow up on trips and makes sure everyone have arrived safe. Skylight was our ray of hope in the Covid disaster travels. Been booking tickets with them for last 10 +yrs I don’t even check anything else anymore. Best service ever!

We’d the best experience buying tickets to Cochin from Skylight Travels. Ms. Pooja, who was our travel consultant went out of her way to get us the best possible route at very reasonable prices. This is our second time using their services and all i can say is that they’ve got a customer for life.
