I was just there, normally I never do this kind of reviews but today I got really upset and a bit frustrated, went to pandora dix30 was received by the « manager » and in a super bad mood, I was trying to make a return of a bracelet because i didn’t end up liking the quality of it… the day I bought it the girl was super nice but at the first instant she forgot a piece of the bracelet I was buying and I had to remember her to give it to me … and end up not giving my purchase receipt, she told me everything was sent by email… anyways it sounds normal to me … but when today I tried to return it, I needed a paper Ive never received and the « manager » didn’t put any effort to try to help me. I explained my case she actually in her words called me a liar… when there’s no need to lie… I didn’t like it how she made me feel and at this point I question how she treats the others employees under her… if her treatment with me was already abusing and insulting and bring treated like that as a client. I don’t recommend at all you go there maybe buy online if you really like pandora… less problems for you believe me

Service was really bad. The workers look like they hate working there or hate being there. The cashier wasn’t smiling not one bit. Also the bag that was given to me was all wrinkled up and that is after I mentioned that it’s a gift. The cashier didn’t seem to care about anything, as if I was buying bread or something. The earrings that I had bought were so badly placed as seen in the picture below. If I hadn’t opened the box and gave the gift.. it would’ve looked so bad. I am glad I checked to look of it was presentable which is something basic that pandora employees should be capable of doing: placing the earring the right way, it is not rocket science. Also I noticed there is a scratch on the earring. This is not the first time I go there, I have been multiple times throughout the year and every time I went there, whether it was me or my family members, we were all treated badly, very rude employees who huff and puff and roll their eyes. I am officially never going back there and neither will my family and friends because of the awful service. Too bad because I like your products but it is not worth going through the rude employees for that. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went to buy a gift for my mother accompanied by my friend to receive advice. An employee, who seemed to be the store manager, rudely told my friend to leave because she wasn't buying anything while I was literally in the middle of a purchase. We waited 15 minutes in the freezing cold to get in. I understand that covid has created max capacities, but maybe be a little kinder when explaining this to your customers or advising the customers before making them wait in the cold to find out they won't even be allowed in the store if they won't buy anything.

Had to return a gift I purchased, I was serviced by the store manager. I get my receipts emailed to me, so I showed her the receipt and provided the item, she inspected the item and accepted it, she asked if I wanted to get something else so I purchased another charm. I told her that I would purchase the item with a gift card and she can process the refund for the item I was returning to my credit card. So when it was time to do the transaction for the return item, she asked me for some paper that they printed and gave me (which I never received). She needed an authorization code off the printed receipt. I advised her again, I only received the emailed receipt and nothing else. She then started to get more aggressive ( she was probably upset because I was returning something, so she wasn’t happy from the beginning of the interaction) and said they always gave 2 papers (1 for the store & 1 for the client). I told her I didn’t receive anything when I purchased the item but since her store has a copy, she can retrieve it. She instantly said “ I don’t have time to go through the receipts” then I saw there was an authorization code on the receipt I have, she said no, it’s another authorization code on the the supposedly printed receipt, I asked her to show me an example and she said she doesn’t have any receipts at the store to show me..this is when I started getting upset because I’m being told I can’t get my refund and I can only get a store credit. She said it’s pandora policy and if I have a problem, to call customer service.She was basically saying I am a liar and I received the printed paper and she doesn’t have time to help me or show me what she needed.I rather just order my charms on the website than going back to that store.

I visited this store during the boxing day promotion and I was very impressed with the service. I would like to congratulate the staff for being so organized and professional despite the rush of the boxing day. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from everyone I spoke to, from the girl who greeted me when I walked in to the sale representative that served me. I was especially impressed with how calm the staff remained when other customers were disrespectful and yelled at them due to circumstances that were out of their control. Will definitely come back with my daughter. Keep up the good work!

A terrible experience. I waited in line with my sister to purchase a gift for our mom for Christmas, which i had no problem doing. Once my sister was about to pay, a manager comes out of nowhere and asks me if I'm buying anything, i say no and she tells me i need to leave. After asking her why, she said people outside were waiting in the cold, to which i replied i also waited my turn in the cold to pick out a gift. This brunette manager was extremely rude and snarky. After reading other reviews, i can tell this is not an isolated problem and the manager of this store needs to treat her customers with more respect! A mother with her son was also kicked out of the store at the same time as me, complete disrespect to your clientele who are waiting in line and spending money on your products. DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUDEST MANAGER IVE ENCOUNTERED, should not be working in customer service.

I love buying Pandora as gifts but at this moment, this store is failing me. I have tried to call them for 2 days and the phone doesn't even ring. I have spoke is customer service of Dix30 and they were also unable to call them. I then found out that the store hours on Google and on the Dix30 website are wrong, they do not close at 9pm today but in fact close at 6pm. It's very frustrating to travel an hour in traffic to find out the store is closed. This information is essential and should be kept up to date.

This pandora is the worst!!! Management is extremely terrible. They treat their staff very badly. They proceed to not pay their employees 4% when given a 2 weeks notice of termination. Normes du travail needs to get involved in this establishment.
