I was a little reluctant to buy a tub from a company that's a five hour drive from my house. I was worried about service or warranty work down the line. Well, unfortunately we were one of the rare cases that gets a leaky tub soon after delivery. Within a hours my husband was communicating with Dave problem solving. This was a Waterways issue, not a Slapsh issues. Dave responded professionally with a prompt solution. What could have been a nightmare of service calls and warranty claims was actually a pleasure. The following week the tub was replaced with a brand new one. Only when something goes wrong, is when you see the level of customer service a business actually offers. Dave removed the broken tub, delivered and installed the new one personally. Top notch service!

We recently completed the installation of our hot we purchased from Splash Hot Tubs & Pools. I found the whole experience with Splash to be extremely positive. Starting with Karen at the store who was very responsive, provided us with many options to consider and helped us pick out a perfect tub for us. They then facilitated storage of our tub when our preparatory work was delayed by 3 months without any extra cost and the installer worked with us when we had some electrical issues including working through some crazy rains. So I would highly recommend Splash Hot Tubs & Pools in Edgemont Village for their helpful and prompt service, wide selection of tubs and their convenient location for picking up supplies.
