Divine Furniture Rental

In August of 2021, I rented furniture from them for my wedding. Leading up to the event, there was obviously much uncertainty because of Covid. A reservation was good enough for them and they didn’t require a deposit, at their own suggestion! It was so classy. Dealing with them was smooth and effortless. They even delivered everything early, on the day of. No stress, well-organized and a quality product.

Divine furniture rental has amazing staff. They are always organized, professional and on time. We were so thankful to have them help make our wedding day run so smoothly. Highly recommend!!

I would recommend using Divine Furniture Rental for your next event. They provide excellent service, have very friendly staff, and their furniture is in good condition. If there is something you don't like about a piece they are very accommodating and will switch it out for you. The owner's customer service is awesome, he really wants you to have the best experience and to make your event a memorable one.

Disappointing service. Won't be back.Inquired about furniture rental for an event. Got a quote, confirmed the items and the time of pick up and drop off. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Charged our client based on prices provided. Called the company to confirm over the phone again prior to the event date. Provided credit card information, invoice number and all details. After the event got sent a different invoice and charged a much higher price. After trying to inquire over email with no success, called the company and spoke to the owner, it seems, who was agitated but after showing him the initial invoice and confirmations promised to refund part of the payment. Followed up more than few times by email. Received one response back promising for the refund to be put through. Never got the refund and they simply stopped replying to emails. Disappointed in the service. Not professional. Will not recommend, nor will deal with again in the future.

My employer has used Divine furniture for 4+ years and has nothing but positive and professional reviews to share. They have been an incredibly reliable group that understand the needs of large organizations, meeting deadlines for live events, and has well trained staff to ensure all points of communication are professional and seamless.

Stay away from this company! Completely ruined my event! I ordered 100 white chairs for a fundraiser and they delivered the wrong colour and style chair. I was furious! It was too late to change the chairs so I accepted them. On top of everything they charged me more than what I was suppose to pay for the chairs I ACTUALLY wanted since they said the chairs they brought cost more! Do not trust this company! There is better! They do not care and completely incompetent!

Do not trust this company. I booked a room in Barcelona and I made an international bank transfer. First they told me they received my transfer, later they said they refunded. I never got my money back! Eventually they stole my money and never confirmed my booking. I have now reported this company for fraud both with the Spanish and Swedish police. Do not trust this company!!!!!!

Service was great, good communication. I was a total novice renting furniture and they helped me with all of my questions along with helping load ththe furniture in and out of my car. Will definitely return and reccomend to my colleagues.
