Great place and (good/mature) employees recognize the small business dynamics. Probably not the place for people who are used to hiding in corners of big shops or factories and doing next to nothing all day. They expect you to be productive which is absolutely fair.

Terrible work place. Revolving door atmosphere. Very toxic and dysfunctional work place. Management run off of emotional elements. Very unsecure employment. Wages are poor at best.
