Check out this place if you are looking to buy good quality tiles. I came across their Instagram ad about Nero Marquina tiles and went to their showroom to inquire. The Salesperson Sara was really helpful in giving suggestions for my home renovation,and I would be buying all the tiles I need from this place.

We ordered some of the slate tiles from Impex Stone and Tile - as it turned out we needed an extra box and Ila's service in getting these tiles to us was excellent. Very helpful and very customer focused. Will definitely shop here again.

Be very wary of this tile store. Worst customer service I have ever received. We bought all our tiles for our new build home Sara sold us slabs of tile that were not good to work with ,3 tilers refused to install tiles. Asked for a refund would absolutely not take them back . Sent me an email stating it was my responsibility to send the slab of tile back + 25% restocking fee…… is that not part of the cost l??? Make sure you do your research and ask clearly what there refund return policy is . We ended up going down the street to get our tiles for 1/2 the price Impex was charging. If you need proof of email sent just ask

We bought some tiles here. The staff was very helpful. Amazing selection, great customer service and fair prices. Would definitely recommend for tiles and backsplash.

Working with Mukesh at Impex Stone & Tile was enjoyable. We greatly value his patience with us in letting us select the flooring that would work best for us. Additionally, he gave us helpful guidance in selecting the best product. He had an excellent personality for taking care of us as consumers. We were also appreciative that we were able to agree on a reasonable pricing for the flooring material we bought. Overall, we were pleased with the service and the product and would definitely recommend Impex Stone & Tile.
