Not worth the money. Extremely spotty. Half the time you cant even connect your device. Every time you call in to complain, they say it looks good on their end and to call back. Had to switch providers.

Internet is always going off or freezing. Call the support service always the same response it looks good on our end. Nothing ever gets resolved, extremely nice staff and technical support just disappointed with the results.

I recently moved into the Stormont area and signed up with Storm. They have gone out of their way to provide some of the best service I have ever seen with any internet service provider anywhere. If you are doubting about signing up with them, don't.... They're awesome!

I've had non stop issues with this service for almost a month. Thank God I have a fantastic internet plan on my phone. The tech people I called were all very nice and they tried their best to help, But the internet service itself has been terrible. Its a lot of money to spend and not get a service. Considering its a pandemic and people are working from home, im not impressed with the speed its taking to fix their equipment. Also its not just a new issue, my internet has been crashing regularly for over a year.

Affordable, Reliable and Fantastic Customer Service! We just had our first ever issue (and a minor one at that) after approx one and half years of using them and the customer service member was extremely good at answering all my questions and walking me through the steps to restore our service.
